You must have done something similar to this before, this is a very large scale of the previous.
Simulate a fight where you use this stating its size, speed etc etc...

(Hakke Irounaku Kaiten) – Eight Trigrams Absolute Heavenly Spin
How I would preform it: As Neji notices the oncoming attack from his enemy, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin rapidly. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a powerful, large-scale dome shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a large crater created by his dome itself.
Utilizing it: Because it is a odefense tech, it would be best to use it after my enemy throws numerous ninja tools at me, against someone using taijutsu/kenjutsu or elemental ninjutsu [like doton techs]
Other ways of using it: I can go on the offensive to attack my enemy with it, causing a lot more damage than it's counterpart.
What I think of it: I like how it has a better chance of defending me against almost any attack [kinda like an absolute defense].
Pros:It's a more powerful version of kaiten that is also bigger in size.
Cons: It's short range, the user can be vulnerable to a following attack immediately when they stop spinning.
