About Clan
In Konoha, the Hyuuga Clan are one of the 4 noble clan & they are known as one the most powerful in Konoha. Inside the clan, it is separated in to 2 houses; the Main Household and Branch Household that protects the secrets of the Byakugan. The Main Household includes the clan head, or leader of the family. The members of the Branch House are given a cursed seal on their foreheads on the same day the heir to the Main Household would turn 3. This seal gives the Main House members complete control over the branch members, as they could turn the Branch members' brain to mush with a simple hand seal at anytime they wish, or cause them great pain if they get out of line. Due to this, the Branch House members are technically like a bird trapped in it's cage (until death). The curse seal makes sure the secret of the Hyuuga's Byakugan safe, as it seals their dojustu after the user of the seal is killed. Because they are pretty much servants to the Main Household, basically because of their birth order, few Branch Household members are hostile towards the members of the Main Household.

Strength
All members of the Hyuuga clan possess the Byakugan, a dojutsu kekkei genkai which grants them near-360° vision, along with x-ray vision, and the ability to see other shinobis' chakra networks, among other things. While the Byakugan naturally has an immediate 50 meter field of vision when activated, some members was able to increase its range several times that by to at least 800 meters. Also, being a member of the Hyuuga grants them to learn the secret Konoha taijutsu, Juuken. Weakness
The Byakugan however, does have a small blind spot located at the third upper thoracic vertebrae — a weakness of which they are actually aware of and took extra precaution in concealing it from opponents.Four Members

Hyuga clan is among the strongest existing clan in konoha possessing The Byakugan, one of the 3 doujutsus as their kekei genkai. People born into the clan are genius and are known of their prowess in taijutsu. Example is Neji who was the best among his peers having beaten Lee everytime they fought and even the senseis aknowledged him.
Now lets move to the next one i supposed you are to lay emphasis on
"Byakugan" is one of the three doujutsu which the hyuga clan posses. It is said to be ready for activation as soon as they were born which is quite different from the sharingan which you have to activate to some certain circumstance or condition and rinnegan which we now know is the rearest of them but i won't dwell on that now and get back to topic.
Taking Neji, Hinata, Hanabi and other hyugas we've seen so far, their normal eyes are with no color but plain white and when they activate their byakugan, we see some features around and in the eyes like muscles bulging around it. Activation of byakugan has many stages so lets break it down bit by bit. Neji and Hinata: Hinata uses some set of handseals before activating her Byakugan which in relation to our rp now, you will be doing the same set of handseals as a fresh hyuga. However you will be able to activate your byakugan without any handseals once you've mastered and kept it for a month.
Now to its abilities,
1.you can view/zoom upto 50m as a fresh hyuga but you will be able to see more as you become more adept.
2. Neji vs Kidomaru as a course study, Byakugan grants you 360 field of vision "except" a small circular spot on the lower thoraxic vertebra on the back neck. Neji could be wounded because of this and this is one of the weakness of the Byakugan
3. With the byakugan, even fresher or a master, you can see through object and matter itself, you won't be blinded by flash lights, smokescreens and solid objects. The best of this is that you can see the chakra pathway, chakra itself and even color of chakra, hidden barriers and its just awesome. A downside to this as seen in Neji vs Naruto is you can't differentiate a shadow clone from its original as they would have equal amount of chakra but you can know and see through transformation(henge) except zetsus.
Because of this as you can see even your own chakra system, you can detect if you are in a genjutsu as genjutsu disrupts your chakra then with byakugan you will know the enthropy in your chakra system ^^
Byakugan is the reason why Hyugas can use their famed lethal weapon known as the jyuken. As the saying goes. "you don't want to get too close to an Hyuga" yes its true just because of their Hand to Hand combat called "Gentle Fist".
With the ability to see the chakra pathway via the byakugan, an Hyuga is able to inflict damage on the chakra pathway which contains chakra points also known as tenketsus. You see, this tenketsus are points that control the way our chakra system behaves. Gentle fist focuses on inserting chakra into a ninja's chakra pathway in order to damage it or stop chakra flow or increase chakra flow since the tenketsu can be closed and opened too. Hyuga have great chakra control and are able to mold chakra into its tiny form then insert it with precision through their palms to damage nodes and organs. Unlike strong fist taijutsu, gentle fist uses a more subtle striking force as they focus more on injecting chakra with precision to deal internal damge. Long story short, we will be examining every gentle fist move as a whole.

Okay now lets learn you how to use your Byakugan for the first time.
First of all i want you to activate your Byakugan by making these set of handsigns (Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) while channeling chakra into the eyes. Your byakugan should activate if you are truly an Hyuga.
Then i want you to complete the following task.
Scenerio 1: I make several clones and mixes with them. Identify me by hurling a kunai at the real me, if I poof away then you hit a clone, if i block then its me since i won't want you to kill me, will I?
Scenerio 2: I put you under an illusion where you see many clones of me appear before you. Now without attacking any of them. Identify you are under an Illusion using your byakugan. Quite simple is it?
Scenerio 3: 4 of my clones are scattered around you 50meters away at every angle wearing tags of different colors. Now we kill two bird with a stone. I want you to fish them out by naming their bearing(location) and the name of the tag color they wear without turning you head or moving an inch. (hint: zoom and you have 360 field of vision)
Scenerio 4: I stand before you, how many tenketsu(chakra nodes) do I have? Then try and view my anatomy and you should be able to see everything. Now name 5 organs in which you can hit and can cause fatal damage to me(don't hit me yet)
Last Scenerio: I would be attacking and i want you to defend.
1. *throws a flash light behind me so you are blinded then i hurl 3 kunais with explosiive tag towards your mid-section.
2. I run through to your left and detonates several smoke bombs and now as i move through the shadow of the smokescreen, i approach from your back to stab you from the back of the neck.

Immediately, he begins channeling a mass amount of his chakra into both of his eyes while weaving the signs: Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up, manipulating chakra with each hand movement. After a moment passes afterwards, Neji can feel his veins bulging from his temples. With a loud shout he yells...

Knowingly beforehand he won't be unable to distinguish the real Priest from the mere clones, Neji keeps a close, steady eye on the real one as he shuffles himself with his copies. He throws all his kunai, aiming at the real Priest & two clones next to him just in case. Following his attack, Neji spots one of the Priests deflect the kunai with his own, grinning as he found the real one.

#1:As Neji sees Priest attempt to blind him with flashing lights. However, Neji doesn't even fret as he knows the Byakugan can't be blinded by any type of energy. While focusing on Priest, Neji notices him throw 3 kunai with explosive tags at him and deflects them by throwing 3 of his own, watching it explode in mid air.
#2: After throwing the 3 kunai, Neji sees Priest create a smoke screen. Once again, Neji can see right through it with his byakugan. While his eyes are set on Priest, he already sees him attempting to make a stab in the back of Neji's neck. do normal palm strikes on few trees until each
of them fall. No chakra enhancement(this is not
jyuken yet but a preparation), just gentle palm
strikes^^

Smacking Some Wood
Neji nods at Priest-Sensei's explanation and begins to walk towards the mass of trees. When he arrives at the forest, he deactivates his Byakugan (as he isn't going to need it). He fully extends his arms forward and opens his palm. Neji then, inhales deeply with his nose & exhales slowly with his mouth; Four times in repetition. Immediately, he gets in his fighting stance and begins hitting the nearest tree with his bare palms, in a slow repetition. He goes at it for another 4 hours until he notices a medium sized crack in the tree bark, which makes him grin with strong determination. He continues striking the first tree for another 3 hours, until he notices another crack in the tree; But this time, it was massive and took a few more strikes to knock down. Using a little more pressure/force from the last 400+ strikes, he finally manages to one fall. He then repeats this procedure over the next 15 hours to knock down the last 2 trees. Highly exhausted, but aslo blithe, he staggers towards Priest slowly before falling down to his knees.
What do you think of that?

Neji, almost dehydrated, reaches for the pot of sake sitting a few feet away from Priest. He sits down on the dirt & attempts for a waterfall, but discovers that the only pot available is empty. His head turns to Priest, who is also sitting with the three scrolls next to his side, and gives him a derisive look.
You couldn't save me anything to drink, I see? Alright then.

She lays the 3 scrolls down while making the confrontation handseal "KAI" making the rope wraped around them to detonate sharply allowing access to the scrolls.
Now, here's the deal. I'll post a set of jyuken techniques while giving you basic ideas on them then I want you to tell me
* How you'll perform them(be elaborate explaining what hand you use and which part you hit in details, Simulate a scenerio where you have to fight someone and use it, bringing NPCs into play)
* When and what situation you are likely to utilize them well, i don't need short description
* What you think of it. Have you a better way of using it creatively?
* Its pros and cons
* Picture of the technique if any
Now the first three.
(Hakkeshou Kaiten) - 8 Trigrams Heavenly Spin/Rotation
This is a simple one, where you use all your tenketsus simultenously in addition to which you are required to spin rapidly. Requires less chakra as we will be doing a larger version as we proceed.
(Tenketsu Shouda) - Chakra Point Pound
This is D-rank but can be fatal when you time your move perfectly. This is a simple move i think used by hyashi on the kumo guy killing him in an instant. And I believe Neji used it on Hinata but I wonder why she lived.
(Hyuuga Ryuu Taijutsu) - Hyuuga Style Taijutsu
Simply making 16 subtle palm strike while hitting 16 tenketsus. When I say hitting the tenketsu, its not your palm thats hitting it but the sharp chakra from your palm/finger tips(mostly middle and index), you palm/fingers is only making contact with the body.

How I would preform it: As Neji notices the oncoming attack from his enemy. After, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a small crater that was created by his shield.

How I would preform it: As Neji notices the oncoming attack from his enemy. After, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the oncoming attack and repels it. When he stops spinning, he stands in a small crater that was created by his shield.

How I would preform it: While only short distance away from his target, Neji dashes forward, building up chakra into his right palm. When close enough, he brings his arm forward to strike the opponent where his heart should be. Simultaneously, he transfers his built up chakra onto his enemy, pushing them back & demolishing their heart.
Utilizing it: When my enemy is in range, I would be able to use it. I would also use it as a finishing blow after using a stronger elemental [or tai] technique on my opponent.

How I would preform it: Neji gets within short range of his opponent. While in his Gentle Fist stance, he gathers a mass amount of his chakra towards his 2 index/middle fingers. In an instant, Neji rushes towards his opponent and begins with a barrage of 15 strikes with his index and middle fingers in a rapid, repeating motion. When he finishes with the 15 stirkes, he quickly sends chakra towards his palm and slams his hand onto his enemy's sternum, completing the 16 blows and repelling them backwards. He then, sets himself into his stance.
Utilizing it: It would be best to use this attack when I get close enough to my opponent [mostly after creating a diversion to distract them].

This is a seires of palm strikes where you will block 64 tenketsus so you chose wisely. Note: you won't give the opponent a breathing space once you begin the strike so the jabs runs concurrently at a very fast pace, though the first strike would disturb the opponent's chakra that he won't be able to react until you are finished closing 64 tenketsus. Opponent can't mold chakra at all for one turn, why?

Protective 8 Trigrams 64 Strikes

Byakugan three Kicks
How I would Perform it: As Neji notices Nel's clone coming near, he rushes toward her. He then jumps in midair and performs an aerial 360 kick, landing the blow on her knee [making the leg bend naturally].
Using his right foot, he lands on the bent leg and springs up into the air, double kicking the clone in their chin. As the clone spirals into the air, Neji uses the kick's momentum to do an awesome back flip before landing on the ground .
Utilizing it: This would be a good counter to someone using Tai, so I would use it then.
Other ways of using it: I would use How I would perform it but this time, instead of doing a back flip, I would grab my opponent's arm & pull them back down in order to use

While you finish training for the day, you head home. Its almost night and the light is becoming dimmer as your shadow gains weight. Unknown to you, some ninjas are hating and jealous of your new found power and they seek to eliminate you before you complete your training.
Scenerio 1: As you pass through a place with several mesh of trees which they hid, they toss a kunai to your feet to signal the bullseye and a sign for other to commence attack, then this is followed by hundreds of kunai being hurled at you, not at once but concurrently.
Your byakugan is not activated as you head home so you won't notice anything before the first kunai.
You can't use rotation.
Use what you have learnt so far in jyuken to defend yourself from the mayhem of kunais.
Scenerio 2: Instead of hurling kunai at you, they jump out and surround you, 4 of them! Disable of all them with jyuken and freeform without using rotation and 64 strikes.

Scenerio 3: while you make your way through the woods, you are secretely put in a genjutsu where your sense of direction is taken away. You byakugan is not activated and as you move through the forest thinking you are going home, you are unknowingly to you moving towards a cliff which bottom is full of hot lava. Find a way to bring yourself out of the situation, ofcos you need your byakugan but you should find a way to activate it creatively without God-modding.^^
Scenerio 4: My clone awaits you with all those invaders out in the blue, then she wants to fight you too, seems she is in a state of madness. Attack me with just 3 moves comprising of 2 jyuken moves and one any other move you think you can combine with it.

After a long 3 day training session with Nel, Neji decides to go home. While walking the 2 mile trek, Neji notices the sun setting and the bright full moon rising up into the chilly night sky. His stomach begins to growl, and starts a light jog to get home faster.
Man, I knew I should've brought extra herring soba to eat
...Almost half way through his trip, he arrives at a dense forest full of mesh trees and a single dirt path. A few moments after proceeding into the forest, he hears a faint sound coming from a shaking bush on the right side of him. He then stops for a second and surveys the bush and assumes that nothing is there. As soon as he turns around, he notices a single kunai heading towards his feet; he was able to see it due to its metal composition reflecting the glimmering moonlight just above. Right before the kunai reaches its destination, Neji takes a medium sized leap backwards and slides back with his feet. He then preforms the sequence of hand signs, while simultaneously feeding a mass amount of chakra into his eyes & activates his Byakugan. He takes a look at his surroundings and spots 4 chakra networks hiding among the tree tops.
I know you're there. Come on out!
Suddenly, he sees a barrage of kunai being hurled at him from the canopies above him. He quickly takes out 2 kunai in each hand and begins to deflect the first 30 kunai coming towards him. Figuring out that using kunai alone wasn't enough, Neji gathers chakra into his index/middle fingers and begins with a rapid, continuous barrage of 64 strikes to protect himself from the continuous kunai attack.
Realizing that the kunai assault was over, Neji decided to go on the offensive and began to stretch out his arm. After Neji stretches his arm out, he begins to gather and charge up chakra into his right hand. At the blink of an eye, Neji forces chakra out of his palm that blows away his 4 enemies, aiming the first blast at the tree on the left & aiming the second blast at the tree on his left.
Using his quick speed and byakugan, he reaches all four of his opponents but discovers 4 logs instead.
Hmph..
Neji, while deactivating his Byakugan, resumes his long walk home through the dense forest. When he arrives at a clearing, smoke bombs cover the whole area with a light purple screen. When he re-activates his Byakugan, he uses it to see right through the smoke and spots 4 enemies; 2 on his left and 2 on his right. One of them on his left side rushes at him to attempt a punch with one on his right throws a kunai with an explosive tag, aiming for his chest. Neji blocks the jab with his forearm and pushes him back. In a quick reaction, he manages to catch the incoming kunai, removes the tag while spinning towards the ninja he pushes and slaps the tag onto his stomach. He then kicks him towards the his comrade causing them both to explode before sending the kunai back to its owner, managing to hit his heart.

When the smoke clears up, he looks down at his fallen enemies.
Pfft, pathetic. If this keeps continuing, it'll be a long time until I eat :| ...
Neji then starts to head back home again. 15 minutes later, Neji realizes he should've been near Konoha by now. Suddenly, Neji almost losses his footing on the dirt path [but it feels like a ledge] and takes 3 steps back. Confused, he yet again activates his Byakugan and takes a look at his chakra network and realizes his chakra network is being disrupted. Immediately, Neji quickly brings his flow to a complete halt. He then applies even more chakra, breaking out of the genjutsu. Looking over the edge, he's surprised to see a raging flow of hot molten just 10 feet below.
*Neji lets out a long sigh and places his hand over his growling stomach*
Deactivating his Byakugan once more, he sets off towards Konoha. On the way, he sees a log cabin in a small clearing along with Nel and 4 ninja waiting in front. She appears to be angry, due to her balled up fist and scrunched up face. Suspicious, Neji gives off a serious look at the 5 and begins a standoff. Neji, remaining quiet, activates his Byakugan [hopefully for the last time as he is almost exhausted]. Suddenly, the 4 ninja simultaneously dash towards him with kunai in each of their hand. As Neji sees them approaching, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield, but this one makes his chakra into razor sharp lines and spins to attack and defend at the same time. When they make contact with it, they are nearly torn to shreds.
Neji & Nel begin to glare for about 2 minutes. Before Nel could react, he rushes her & jumps in midair to perform an aerial 360 kick, landing the blow on her knee; making the leg bend naturally. Using his right foot, he lands on the bent leg and springs up into the air, double kicking Nel in her chin and making her spiral into the air.
After using the 3 Kicks technique, Neji pulls her back down before spiraling up too high. Once she is on the ground, Neji flips her around and then rapidly strikes her with his index/middle fingers for the first two strikes and his right palm on the back with the third, sending her crashing into a large tree.
When Neji, walks up to the defeated Nel, he notices her disperse [realizing it was just a shadow clone]. Leaving the clearing, he finishes the last 4 minute walk to the Konoha Gates. Upon arrival, he manages to reach his home in the Hyuuga Compound. Once inside, he eats a small plate of herring before performing 1 hour of meditation and going off to bed.
