*I walk over to a suitable spot, take a seat and begin meditating. Clearing my mind, i concentrate solely on the wind around, how it moves, how it feels and i begin to envision the nature of the wind element*
The Wind element is the cutting element, the one which relies heavily on brute force but at the same time on calm movements and free flowing air.
Each of the five elements have a fundamental property they rely on:
Fire = Heat
Lightning = High energy
Earth = Sturdiness
Water = Magnitude
Wind = Force
The versatility of the wind element relies mainly in how its manipulated and not the element itself. It can range from a cool breeze to a destructive cyclone, from self-sustained flight to cutting volleys of wind. The point i'm trying to get across is, people tend to assume its a 'one trick pony' in its use and only exists to fuel Katon techniques or defend against Raiton ones.
Wind can be used for various purposes, i'll on touch on them lightly but i can elaborate if you wish:
-Flight
-Cutting Attacks
-Wind Formations e.g. Cyclones, Hurricances, Tornadoes
-Fueling Katon Techniques
-Countering Raiton Techniques
-Waves of Force Intensive wind e.g. Pushing back the opponent
-Suction Based attacks to draw the opponent in
-Geysers of Wind from beneath the opponent
Wind can also be used in the following Kekkei Genkai:
-Wind + Fire = Scorch Release
-Wind + Water = Ice Release
-Wind + Earth = Sand Release ?
-Wind + Lightning = Magnetism Release ? (Speaking of Jiton, i see you have some badass CJs for it xd)
Wind's elemental strengths and weaknesses are as follows
-Wind is weak against fire due to it providing more fuel (air/oxygen) to the flames, causing the intensity of the attack to increase
-Wind is strong against lightning due to being a natural insulator, hence disallowing the lightning to be conducted
-Wind is neutral against Earth. The technique will either cut through the earth if its higher ranked or its force will be dissipated if the Earth technique is on a higher scale
-Wind is neutral against Water, they both seek to overpower eachother, each aiming to cancel out the other's force and momentum. These two are the most force intensive elements and so are equally matched when faced against eachother
