Description: A wind technique similar to the chakra sensing rain technique, the user infuses their chakra into the surround air create a light breeze across the battlefield. This breeze is capable of sensing the chakra of people or objects it comes in contact with. The breeze will die out after three turns once activated and can only be used twice per battle.

Alright.

Quite the simple technique. Simple release your wind chakra into the environment of the battlefield while picturing a light breeze. This will create the wind and as it comes into contact with other sources of chakra, you'll be alerted. This is useful because 1) it can't be blown away unlike Rain Will of Tiger Technique, and 2) unless the person has a dojutsu there's no reason to suspect the breeze to be a technique.

I first deeply concentrate my chakra, gradually building it up. As soon as the optimum is reached, I start to imagine a light breeze swaying as I gather the wind chakra I produced from earlier and expel it into the air around me, thus infusing the two together. This creates a thin layer of breeze which covers the environment around me.

Advantages: Cannot be blown away
Allows the user to sense chakra this jutsu comes in contact with, similarly to Nagato's rain.

Disadvantages: Dojutsu users can still travel through the breeze with no detection due to their visual prowess.​

The only thing a dojutsu user can do is see the chakra in the breeze, thus know its a jutsu and not just a natural breeze. It in no way impacts the actual usage of the technique.

Now, just to make sure you understand, explain to me the technique in your own words. And tell me how it works against a dojutsu user.

To conduct this jutsu, you have to focus your chakra until optimum and then you release the chakra-infused wind into the atmosphere once there it spreads throughout and allows you to detect anyone in the area. This jutsu can be extremely helpful to detect and stop any infiltrations. Dojutsu can see through the jutsu and find out who the user is, but they are still not concealed.
