Well, generally I would use a combination attack, essentially this genjutsu is great for creating a momentary opening in your opponents movements, it slows him down even if they good at deducing genjutsu. So I would hit them with a fast hard hitting offensive attack, which is great considering that the genjutsu takes time for it to reach full effect not allowing him to deduce it until a certain apparent sensation is felt. Which gives him little time to break out of it and counter my offensive attack.
Advantage: It is apparent effect is extremely potent and its effects allow you to easily predict your opponents counter to it, while it also slows down your opponents battle momentum and can change from you being on the defensive front to the offensive with just a few handseals.
Disadvantage:It takes time for it to reach full effect and because its effects rise until it reaches its peak, it gives the opponent a few moments to counter.
