I'm pretty sure Rinnegan Obito can beat Minato (especially bmless Minato), while Sm Kabuto could deff take out Hiruzen. The rest is easy as shit, Obito could probably extract Kyuubi from Kushina and use it as an extra fire power if needed, but I don't think he needs it.
