Thirdly, I started with two moves to start off easy on you.

Lightning: Let's do this.
As you summon the fire dragon, I perform the 'Ram' handseal without wasting a second, spitting out a large volume of water that covers the entire area and then use it to create big waves that collide with your dragon, create a violent explosion and neutralize it. Thereafter I create two shadowclones (one right of me, one left of me). The clone on the left throws two kunai knives at you right after he is created.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. And no, we are not underwater, but the ground is covered with water. You can still stand onto the ground.

Advice #1: Think about your move twice before posting it. You can use three jutsus in one turn, so if you start you could make it more difficult for me to start with 2 or 3 attacks. This is, however, not necessary.

As you deflect my kunai knives and jump up into the air, my right clone performs the 'Snake' handseal and focuses her lightning chakra into her mouth and shoots a blast of lightning from her mouth towards you. Whilst at the same time my left clone forms the 'Tiger' handseal and rises a plateau of earth to a height of 2 meters above the water. Me and my clones are standing onto the plateau.

As i see your lightning heading my way i then chanel wind chakra in my mouth and spit out a ball of wind towards the lightning heading my way. (we both spitted something out of our mouth) xd
. i then make 4 thunder clones. 3 of them jump on your rampart fighting and distracting you. as i fall to the ground. once i fall to the ground i then go in long range as my 4th clone use 4 pillar bind around your rampart

Description: After the user performs a single hand seal the user summons Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.

Lesson #2: location, location, location. Normally when you summon clones or something, you tell where they are. (noticed how I summoned my clones and gave their location.
Lesson #3: Tell how you do things, you cannot simply dodge a move or go to long range. How do you dodge it, and how do you get there?

As the clones climb onto the rampart, my left clone rushes towards the edge of the plateau to cut through your clones from above. Normally the clones would have shocked him, but his sword absorbs the lightning chakra so he won't get hit. Then as your last clone creates the pillars around the plateau, my right clone holds onto me as I shoot us backwards, so that the lightning of the pillars won't hit us. As the lightning begins to shoot from the pillars to electrocute my clone, it will also hit the water that covers the ground which conducts the electricity to electrocute both you and your clone. Finishing the fight. For a save landing I create pillars of earth on the spot me and my clone will land.

(Noctis' tsurugi) Noctis' Sword

Description: A big sword made of very conductive stainless steel which glows bluish when infused with lightning chakra, and the handgrip is made of non-conductive material. Because the sword is quite big and can be infused with lightning chakra it can not only cut though almost everything (including things as rock B rank and below, excluding any hard surfaces combined with chakra) but it can also be used in a defensive manner. When it contacts an earth jutsu of the opponent it will force the lightning through the ground towards him. If the opponent reflects the lightning or uses a lightning jutsu (up to B rank) the sword can be used to block the attack by absorbing the lightning. If someone other than Leaf touches the sword they will be electrocuted.

-Note: The sword can be (quickly) tied/strapped to the users back during battle.
-Note: The sword can’t cut though surfaces/things infused with chakra.
-Note: The sword can only cut to rock B rank and below (and other tough surfaces) while infused with chakra.
-Note: The sword can defend against jutsu up to C rank, accept for water.

Nah, I didn't have to use three moves because the fight was over with my second jutsu (or rather with your last jutsu) xd
To be very honest, things like that (the water and other surroundings) are the things I mostly forget as well, resulting in me losing. Keep trying and you will get better at it, just consider your moves carefully ^_^

If you want we can fight a round two? Maybe I can give you more advice that way

*As i get back up from being shocked i wait about a hr talkn to you to regain my chakra and health etc. i then get into mid range of you. once that happens i then throw 2 kunais and a paper bomb in front of you. as that explodes i then throw a smoke bomb*

As soon as throw the kunais and paper bombs I shoot myself towards the right, avoiding the weapons. Then as you throw the smokebomb I create spikes of earth that rise from the ground on the place I last saw you standing.

The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
