Listing why a leaf can beat Part 1 Sakura:

Let's start with Chakra... Sakura as we all know had a puny amount or regular chakra,the leaf is a part of nature so therefore it has natural type chakra.. Nature chakra>normal chakra

Now on to reflexes... Sakura as described was only a book smart student so her reflexes are a bit above a normal person... The leaf due to its light weight can use the air currents to evade obstacles and attacks,its flat surface also allows it to narrowly pass objects too

Now to power.... Sakura has the standard kunai,shuriken and basic Taijutsu... The leaf on the other hand can use the air currents to spin at a fast enough pace that it can cut,can also absorb sunlight and condense it into a beam and eject it

And finally durability... Sakura doesn't have any durable feats... The leaf on the other hand cam survive beating ripped in two.. So leaf wins again.

I don't care how flawed this logic sounds... This is Naruto where logic doesn't apply... For peat sake a ninja got solo'd by an ostrich... Leaf takes this neg-diff

The leaf has no hands to perform jutsu
The leaf has no feet to dodge.
