I've been surfing the internet lately about Hollywood stars, and I've read many cases of when a lady files a divorce for "irreconcilable differences" a lot of the times, but she also pleads for 'Spouse support'... now just hold on right there ..
They ask for 'spouse support', but when they don't even have a child.

Now hearing it like that, I think that ladies like that need to get off her lazy a--es and stop smooching off their ex-husband's. Also! What kind of idiot judge (Or whoever does these kind of paperwork) would pass that kind of contract in a state like this.

It should simply be:
No Kids = No Spouse Support
(And no more looking through it, unless she might be pregnant which could be tested for in a few days)
P.S Stop smooching and get off your lazy tired a--

I believe it's also called alimony? But anyway, the court actually awards spousal support mostly to the less financially stable spouse. Less financially stable doesnt necessarily mean female, but I guess most of the times it's the female who is in such condition.

Its not permanent I think. It all depends on the court when it stops. The tax in the alimony,however, is actually taxable to the payee, a rare positive note on such a tiresome procedure.
