Gaara had been in pursuit for 3 days. After he caught up with Ryu just outside the walls of Suna. He told him... Your time is over. You will get killed now and here. While talking, Ryu started noticing feathers falling from the sky. While Ryu still saw Gaara in front of him folding his arms, Gaara in reality already stomped the ground and made one handseal. Creating a fire that passed under the ground and can not even be detected if he broke free from the genjutsu. Again, Ryu just noticed a cloud of sand over him. Before he could move, he was showered with several sand needles. If Ryu had focused on blocking the sand, he would have been burnt by the crater. If he focused on the crater, he would have been impaled

As Ryu hears the red haired boy speak, he thinks to himself
”Arrogant, aren't you? You think you could kill me that easily”
Suddenly he sees feathers falling from above
Feathers in the middle of the desert with nothing around? Yeah right, its obviously an illusion
Ryu removes a kunai from his pouch and stabs his hand
Ryu snaps out of the illusion and sees the boy about to blow something into the hole he had created in the ground, he takes off and charges towards the boy while forming a chidori in his hand, he then points his hand towards the boy and releases a large 120 degree blast of lightning towards the boy as he is blowing fire into the hole

As Gaara blew the fire in the hole, he noticed that the boy had already stabbed his hand and broke out. Immediately, the boy started forming a chidori in his hand. Knowing what a chidori did when e was fighting Sasuke, he quickly made two handseals, forming an inescapable sphere of wind around himself which was for defensive purpose. The boy then points his hand forward and released a blast. However, the sphere protects him.
Gaara thought in his mind : This might prove difficult. I might need to use some of my time. I leave the village to you Temari, Kankurou. Don't let me down

1 turn maximum and user must wait two turns before
each use.
