Hmm, it's decent. I would improve on Lighting and Depth as those are the most important aspects you need for GFX'ing. Also, you seem to be lacking them so it would be good for you if you learned them. That's all I'm going to say. Do another signature when you've improved with those two and we'll advance. Otherwise, good job mate, I see you've worked hard on this but not every piece can be perfect, keep practising and you'll go far, that's with everyone out there.

dont place the render in a corner. render is (except the head) to dark. bg is kinda ok, but there isnt any focus/flow in it and it is too contrasted

keep working bro!

The first one looks better. But you have to keep working on the flow/depth. I like your lighting skills.
