Sorry possible spoilers

I don't know if someone made this theory before or not but what if x drake and law made a secret alliance? It might seem far fetched. But Law's crew is in zou which I'd assume law's plan was already in motion before he met the SH and he's smarter than to think he could take down kaido himself. Zou seems to be the next location/step in the process of taking down kaido. Whatever law's planning I'd have to imagine there's more to it than just having doflamingo take on kaido. My theory on how law's plot folds out.
X. Have x drake make allies with Kaido
X. capture ceasar clown and use as bait and a fire starter
X. destroy Smile factory and making doflamingo face kaido to weaken him.
3. go to a location (zou) help persuade a large sum of people to attack kaido to distract (zoan army of 500)
4. When law arrives where kaido is at on a den den mushi Drake will give away strategic and important data of enemy movements, strength, status of Kaido etc...
5. Have army attack and make your way to Kaido's exact location
6. confront kaido and have X Drake backstab him.

If this is law's plan or isn't. I believe whatever it really consists of will fail. Everyone is at near death or in serious trouble until at last minute something happens and Luffy will take most of the credit in taking down Kaido

It's Obvious that Drake will work with Law and Luffy maybe that will mean he already is working with Law I don't know?

We do know the original plan was to have Kaido kill Doflamingo but we didn't know what Law's plan was after that but it doesn't matter because they Law and Luffy beat Doflamingo which means there probably at the top of Kaido's hit list.

So now they have no choice but to fight Kaido because he is coming after them.

He was lying. He said that to get Luffy in the allegiance so he can use the Strawhats to pit Kaido against Luffy. Why do you think Law was angry at Luffy for wanting to defeat Doffy ?
Ah yeah, true dat. My bad! :p

Do you think, given the situation, he will help fight now though, or do you reckon the minute he gets a chance to meet up with his crew, he'll just get the hell outta there? I'd like to think that he's in it for the long term now, but who knows, as you pointed out, he tends to keep his cards pretty close to his chest.

Law wants to beat kaido which is why they destroyed the smile factory. He said he had no personal obligation to beat doffy but then told luffy he lied about that and said he did want to beat doffy himself. He never said he didnt want to beat kaido.

While I dont think Law originally intended to fight Kaido, I do think hell stick around to help Luffy out now after all Luffys done for him. The MugiLaw Alliance shall last forever!

I honestly think he might betray them.

Law expressed several times his plan was to pit Kaido against Doffy. Law wants nothing to do with Kaido. He told Luffy he doesn't want to beat Doffy because Kaido will come after them and fight them. If he was intending on fighting Kaido anyways, why would this be an issue? A quick reread of Dressrosa and you should see.

That was Law's original intention but the moment he decided to instead go full lout against Doffy he fully knew what he was getting himself into. And he accepted the consequences, even stating here 'that's what we were after' so at this point it doesn't seem to bother him alot.
And why would Law betray the alliance? Would make zero sens. His bounty will likely increase. The navy is after him and a Yonkou's rage is focused on them. Law is no fool..It's better to stay together. It would be stupid of him to run off and make him more vulnerable as a sole crew. He said it himself . Either make an alliance or serve a Yonko.

I did re read this part.

It is an issue because law knows that they arent ready for kaido yet and he planned to weaken kaido by stopping his supply of smiles and by making kaido lose strength in fighting doffy. Later he told luffy exactly what WorldOfFingo posted, that by defeating doffy himself they will draw out kaido. The only thing that law revealed was a change in motivation for beating doffy. I think he really would have rather kaido beat doffy, but he isnt upset they had to either.
