Well Orochimaru didn't have his as at the time so fulfilling Sasuke's wishes then also helped fulfill his own so Orochimaru was in a situation where he was complied to help Sasuke anyway. They have a mutual relationship :O

My guess that it was Kabuto, but Kabuto didn't for some mysterious reason. Or, Orochimaru was saying that for pure irony, like "You were the one who tried to kill me, but now you're setting me free?"

Would he die? I want orochimaru to take over sasuke's body, Orochimaru vs naruto, oh man that would be a good fight due to naruto's anger and orochimaru news power up. But at the end of the manga we all know naruto will win but we can tell we'll have a badass fight between those too.

I doubt that, that uchiha still has hard feelings for orochimaru, you know sasuke wants those power ups ...

Sasuke just got PS on a lower form, he can develop that with his Enton abilities. I doubt he'll be getting any powerups from Orochimaru, especially since he already felt like he had nothing to learn from him hence Hebi Sasuke absorbing Oro...
