Intel means absolutely nothing when Tobirama is so much faster than Orochimaru and in my opinion, smarter than him. I'd like to see how he would prevent Tobirama from getting near him when Tobirama has instantaneous movement and more destructive jutsus. All Tobirama has to do is keep slicing Orochimaru's body with his suiton stream, forcing him to use oral rebirth until he's out of chakra and GG.
