iam pretty sure elephant gatling gun is the strongest attack in luffy`s arsenal , it can finish doffy for sure but the problem is that doffy wont stay still while luffy is swinging his hands back and forth, may be injection shot will stun doffy for a while hence it`s name (yeah long shot ) still iam 70% sure luffy will use EGG to send doffy flying through the bird cage

Bullshit, Luffy clearly didn't care for his condition. Luffy was trying to destroy the Noah, it'd make no sense for him to hold back stronger moves for something so dire, especially when he wasn't sure if Elephant Gatling would work.

No it make sense considering he didn't combine gear second with gear third, something he could already do pretimeskip, so let alone post timeskip where he should have better control. Just the jet shell he used to finish Moria was his strongest one hit move pretimeskip, so i think he developped stronger moves incorporating both modes

Dude I never said that plot is interfering in the fight directly but instead its shaping up the fight in a way that luffy will have a 1v1 fight against doflamingo instead the 2vs1 we all thought, read the post again to understand my point.
