lava man vs acid man

akainu is a lava man but what would happen if he fought an acid man? i know acid can dissolve more things than lava can melt e.g acid can dissolve titaniumm but lava cant melt it. but in a one peice kind of fight (no haki) assuming akainu had someone as skilled as him who ate the acid acid fruit who would win or who would have the advantage?

lets assume that guy has the same attritbutes and strengths except hes an acid man. well sorry to say but it will still be a tie. just like akainu and aokiji. the other one has a devil fruit elemental advantage but they still fought equally.
