It was only Madara and Obito who ever shown to use their MS power without MS so this is false. Obito was using Kamui with 2 Tomoes as Madara implied

. Sasuke nor Itachi showed this feat, also Itachi wasn't at his MS limit, Obito implied Sasuke lost his sight so fast due to using Susanoo so much but from what we seen Itachi barely used his Susanoo.

Uzumaki's bodies are perfectly suited for housing Bijuus, this is something that can't be done by everyone. Minato commented how heavy the chakra felt after sealing it into himself while he was planning on sealing the same amount of power in a baby Naruto. Uchihas are gifted with the power to awake power in their eyes while Uzumakis are gifted with housing power, both the Sharingan and Bijuus all came from the Sage and if he didn't pass down neither than both wouldn't be a factor at all.
