I believe everybody heard what the Dragon spoke. It brings backs the short story written by Oda of Dragon and Ryuuma in action. Ryuuma was a Samurai who slayed the dragon in Wano Country and latter his corpse was reanimated by Hogback in thriller bark. At the moment Zoro has the sword of Ryuuma so maybe the dragon would be interested in Zoro.

That's uncertain as Ryuuma already has slayed the Dragon.This Dragon could be a different Dragon or maybe a friend of the dragon who was slayed by Ryuuma and may recognize Zoro wielding Ryuuma's sword.

i think the dragon can actually speak. i wish i had a speaking pet dragon
