As many may ask, "who is the other warlord?" The last one is an Impel Down level 6 inmate who escaped 2 years ago due to BB's incident. But I don't know why they haven't shown him. My best guess is that it's because he is a totally new character.

Before you ask how I know. It was mentioned in "Film Z" since that pirate is who cut off the former Admiral's arm.

When did Z get his arm cut off? Was it during the 2 year time skip? If it was then that guy would be the 7th shichibukai. Otherwise it could be a shichibukai who resigned and was put in Impel Down. Then he did escape during the BB incident. I've heard both so I'm not too sure on which it is since I have not seen the movie yet.

The pirate cut his arm, was eventually caught and sentenced to ID lvl. 6. Then he escaped due to BB's raid and found Zephyr and cut his arm off. Then the pirate was given a spot in the shichibukai because of lack of entrants.

Sadly, I haven't Film Z yet, but can't wait. But for me, it's perfectly fine if it's a new character who's become Shichibukai. A lot of people want to see a recurring character probably, but it would be cool to expand the characters a bit, introduce some new strong guys

Really? I thought Doflamingo was the one who cut off former admirals Z arm to become the first shichibukai.

Enel went to the moon or some shit. He would not be able to cut the guy that taught Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru's arm off anyway, he's not strong enough.
