I have a slight feeling that the new manga kishimoto is going to start is going to be "Boruto". Instead of just taking more advantage of Naruto he might start from scratch on the new generation and how they will surpass Naruto

Not yet. It comes out in two weeks for Japan/Australia but no word on the theaters so far
