Last poll i'm making about this... IS KAMUI KAKASHI TOP 15

I've seen him in top 5, 10, 15 , 20 and even in 30 , what spot does he deserve?

With Kamui, he only has a couple shots and he's screwed, he definitely is top 15 worthy with Kamui

you can argue a top five spot with it but he is definitely in my top 10 with it, he is top 15 or 20 without it

Technically he could be considered first because only Obito and to an extent Minato have shown to be able to "withstand" Kam'ui. Overall though, I'll say Top 20.
