[Discussion] Last page of this chapter reminded me so much of Dark Souls

Rebecca is just casually walking through a field sure everything is about to get worked out, and suddenly Diamante wakes up in the middle of a flower valley like she got too close and spawned him. And then her reaction too, like 'holy **** run away' but she can't, can relate to that so many times

Made me think SO MUCH of the one dark forest where the mountain bandits come at you out of nowhere for the first time and just murk you

Reminds me of Pokemon when you're casually strolling through the grass, about to leave whatever maze of a forest you're in and you run into an annoying ass Pokemon or a trainer and you can't run.

I will say Diamante does remind me a lot of Ornstein. Give Pica a giant ****ing hammer and it would def be O&S. It really doesn't feel like a minor battle, it feels like a boss battle, and def has that O&S vibe when you first walk into their room.
