In Naruto the last movie, Toneri upgrades the Byakugan he has stolen from Hanabi, to the Tenseigan (the Rinnegan version of Byakugan).
Eyes that Otsutsuki Hamura once had, once he upgraded his own Byakugan to that eye.
The eye can appear in those with Otsutsuki and Hyuuga blood, which Hamura had.

Toneri was born without eyes, because his clan sacrificed them into a sacred altar.

This seems to me that Hinata and Naruto's kids, could possibly obtain this eye, the Tenseigan.

I agree - I've got a bunch of ideas on what Bolt's eyes are going to look like when activated but I think he's going to end up with a special Dojutsu related to the Tenseigan, if not actually the same. I need to work it into a theory though since it's kinda hard to explain.
