1. ( Katon: Teikoku hi gādo ) - Fire Release: Imperial fire Guard

Description: The user first does several Hand seals the last one being the Bird Hand seal, then gets on one knee and Releases a humongous amount of Fire chakra infront of him which forms a shield infront of him made of fire. The shield's size is enough to protect the user's whole body, if hit by a Large water technique then steam will rise. If wanted the user can release the shield which results in an A-Rank fire ball charging towards the target (counts as a move).
Notes:
*Can only be used by fire Specialists.
*Can only be Taught By -Vasto Lorde-


2. ( Raiton: Kaminari kattā no nami ) - Lightning Release: Wave of the Lightning Cutters

Type: Offensive/supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user first sends a surge of lightning chakra throughout his whole body and creates a slightly larger Lightning Cutter than the usual with both hands, but then quickly grasps the lighning and pulls it apart into two hands. Then the user claps his hands together releasing a huge amount of lightning chakra in the form of a wall that has a (4) meters width, and a (8) meters height that has a high killing potential which travels in a rapid speed towards the target.

•Note: Can only be used (3) times per battle.
•Note: Can only be taught by Vasto Lordé

For the first one
Proceed to channel chakra through your body, and perform the handseals, then simply utilize that chakra as you get on one knee and spew it out infront of you, forming an huge shield enough to cover your whole body, pretty simple... limited, yet simple, might wanna do it when your opponent is busy with something else.

Second one
As the name states, it's based of Kakashi's Raikiri, where you channel your lightning chakra into your hand building it up and creating a ball like lightning with bolts all around it. So, begin by sending a surge of lightning chakra through your whole body, channeling it to both of your hands. Then put your hands together and release the chakra in the shape of a large ball of lightning covered in lightning bolts. Right after, separate your hands from each other while splitting through the lightning making you hold two large sized Lightning cutters in each hand. Then simply slam your hands together while directing your chakra flow forward causing a huge wall of lightning to emerge from your location, specifically from your hands cutting through the ground, has a high killing potential, and is incredibly fast.

First one: I begin by amassing my fire chakra throughout my body, after doing so I go through a sequence of hand seals ending with the bird hand seal, I get on one knee and expel fire from my mouth, I use basic shape manipulation to form the fire into a shield that covers my body.

Advantages: Good Defense, Has offensive capabilities, Doesn't have usage restrictions, and long ranged.
Disadvantages: Blocks View, must be fire specialist, and must be on knees so I am prone to earth techs.

Second: I send/surge my lightning chakra throughout my entire body, I then focus and channel the chakra specifically towards my hands, I follow it up by slamming my hands together thus creating a large ball of lightning covered in lightning bolts. I then separate my hands thus having a Raikiri in each hand, I then slam my hands together while directing my chakra forwards thus releasing a wall of lightning.

Advantages: Fast, Strong, Can break out of genjutsu due to there being a part for surging chakra throughout the body.
Disadvantages p: 3 times, prone to water techs while performing.

All in all nice techniques.

As for the advantages, spot on I never stated that it's only usable as the description states and at the same time there's no reason forbidding you from delivering a couple of punches or destroying through rocks before continuing with the technique, or even using it to pierce through the ground and releasing the chakra into it which allows you to nullify an earth attack that is aimed right beneath you. It's also merely a larger raikiri, meaning it can also has a numbing ability, so these punches won't go to waste. As for the procedure and handseals, well according to my description and lightning variations of regular Chidori's and Raikiri's, you don't need handseals, the procedure is kinda slow but not THAT slow actually, it's simple, create the lightning ball while separating your hands even the slightest, just enough to split the lightning apart and immediately slam your hands back even if the range between each arm was a couple of inches, this technique is dependent on the slam it self, not how strong it is, or how fast, or anything. But to be on the safe side, it's best used in conjugation with another technique before it.
