Last EP Proves Orochimaru is still plotting as a Villain????

According to Suigetsu Statement, Orochimaru was plotting something for the Land Of Water official and he used Shizuma for whatever the reason it may be but it ended up backfired when Shizuma killed them. On top of that, All the hoodlum failed to start coup de tat when they got knocked out and sent to reformatory.

It would explain why Suigetsu seems to be so ticked off about not to rely on Shizuma. It seems to imply that Orochimar has some kind of evil scheme up in his sleeve when he said that he thought he could move around when the war starts to abrupt in the Land of Water.

Orochimaru seems to be disappointed when Boruto and the gang poke their heads to stop Shizuma as well.

Likely he either wants something that is located in the Land of Water or wants to get to a destination that just so happens to pass through the land of water.

If the Land of water left the Shinobi alliance it would be a country that wouldn't have a reason to monitor or bare Orochimaru if he needed to pass through or get certain things from it.

Since the dude is monitored and likely restricted from doing as he pleases.
