But just thinking about it this mangas stuff all black and white. I wonder if their bodies are greyish dead flesh. Would the eyes still work from a IWR or be greysish dead looking too.

i forget about multi-quoting alot sorry and only the user and victim's get sealed by the reaper death seal, she died from getting stabed by the fox (minato was dead either way he'd already pulled half the fox out just hadn't let the death god eat the souls yet) he sealed both of their chakra inside the 8 trigrams (or 4 elements w/e you call it, naruto's seal) so they could both see him but its not part of the RDS.

this was during the orochimaru/sarutobi fight in original naruto, it was the 1st and 2nd hokages they get sealed at the end of that fight which is why it can't be any of the first 4 hokages now.

they meet him later because he puts both of their chakra in the 8 trigrams seal, he used the reaper death seal alone beforehand, i srsly don't see how she would have gotten sealed in it.

every seal in the narutoverse has the capacity to be broken. except of course for the shanigami summons. if kabuto, somehow got his hands on the thirds bodyand found a way to break the seal, i don't see it happening.

it could be a different fourth kage.. because every previous hokage was sealed away. like maybe the fourth mizukage?

in this debate that doesnt make since.

1. if oro was attacking the leaf and he summoned the past hokage, why would he bring a kage from somewhere else?
2.and if he would bring somebody else, i think he woulda brought as many as possible like kabuto.
3.he also probaly felt very confident that he could destroy the leaf with the 3 he had and his forces.

and my thoughts on this theory in general. it seems pretty far fetched but i cant deny that thats some type of evidence. even if it is circumstantial. and even with that, not saying the guy who made it is lying but im proficient with photoshop myself to know something like that is no sweat.

Kabuto specifically mentioned to madara (in the manga he explained the secrets of edo tensei) that none of the konoha hokages could be summoned because their souls are sealed. he also mentioned that is WHY the third coffin failed during the crush the leaf operation of orochimaru. Read the manga if you dont!

Either way, Minato soul was sealed completely into the death demon but he left behind CHAKRA in naruto's body to manifest itself into a memory. It wasn't his soul left behind, just chakra.

As for the oro v hiruzen fight. Hiruzen thought he had stopped the IWR by doing what? throwing kunai at it... Yeah, if it were that easy, we wouldn't have this war right now >_> The IWR itself failed because there was no spirit to take from minato.

Can't we all just agree that when oro tried to summon them was ages ago and for kishi to think that far ahead to then make up rules for the jutsu would be stupid. Kishi probably did want to summon the fourth but then had an idea of how he can be added later.

Then what years later he thinks of some rules for it that contradict something he did years ago that he probably didnt think of.

Simply answered yes the 4th is in the 3rd coffin but now that kishi has made the story better its contradicted itself.

There's only a handful of people I can think of that could make Madara/Tobi react like he did when presented with the last coffin:

- Hashirama Senju
- Minato Namikaze
- His brother, Izuna
- Sage of the Six Paths
- Madara's body

Of these people 2 are not summonable. It is also unclear how in the world can the DNA of the So6p can be obtained, if it's possible at all.

Unless there's another person whom Madara considered equal or above his level that we don't know yet (of I forgot to mention).
