According to Madara who only has that info from the altered tablet left by Hagor- *ahem* Black Zetsu. I think the scan suggests that she and the juubi are one and the same. The chakra fruit may not have existed in the first place. I mean replace chakra fruit with Kaguya and there you have it. When all chakra is one and IT is cast, Kaguya is born.

So here is what I believe I understand from these now:
-Zetsu really is a third child and not one in the same as Hagoromo and Hamura as the earlier translations stated.
-It sounds as though Hagoromo actually used Chibaku Tensei, not just to seal the Gedo Mazou, but to defeat the juubi altogether.
-Could this mean the seal is a fully powered Chibaku tensei?
-Before it was completely sealed though, Kaguya gave birth to Black Zetsu, her third son who became the true schemer behind Madara, Akatsuki and the war.
-It seems it wasn't the juubi trying to get back the chakra fruit Kaguya ate, but instead Kaguya trying to take back the chakra Hagoromo and Hamura had inherited from her.
-With this, Hagoromo is not only unaware that it was Kaguya, but that Black Zetsu was born
-This leaves the question however whether or not Kaguya was the Shinju from the beginning and there never was a fruit, or became a part of it after eating the fruit. I have no idea which seems more plausible lols.
-After Indra lost to Ashura, Black Zetsu tempted him to obtain Rinnegan along with his Uchiha descendants and transmigrants using his alterations on the tablet, but they all failed. Somehow, Black Zetsu was able to find out who the transmigrants were.
-He tempted the rinnegan to the senju as well until Madara and Hashirama were born and he was sure Madara would succeed in manifesting it.
-Madara lost and was killed by Hashirama, but Tobirama, wishing to learn all the secrets of the sharingan preserved and hid his body in the mountains of the fire country.
-Zetsu, using his power to hide in the land spied and discovered the tomb.
-Madara, after biting into Hashirama's flesh had cast a time delayed Izanagi that restroed him to life and made his right eye go blind.
-He then left a shadow doppleganger to replace his body.
-I'm unsure if this refers to a shadow clone as other sources say or something else entirely. Perhaps it may even be a limbo.
-He vomited Hashirama's flesh up and infused it into his wounds and upon his death bed as an old man unlocked the Rinnegan with his eye somehow restored.
-I still believe it was restored either through the Rinnegan manifestation or Gedo Mazou and Hashirama's flesh healing it over time.
-Black Zetsu pretended to be Madara's will after all and the white zetsus were the people under the original Tsukuyomi that he pulled out as other translations said.
-Whether it was directly or indirectly, it doesn't exactly say, he somehow allowed Kabuto to find Madara's corpse and revive him with edo tensei, just as Kabuto stated he had his unknown sources. This was to increase their battlestrength and force Obito to cooperate.
-By amassing the chakra of everyone in IT, Kaguya's human form was revived. This seems to further imply she really was the Shinju the whole time and there was never a fruit.

-Naruto is able to break out of Black Zetsu's grasp and free Sasuke as well.
-Black Zetsu refers to Kaguya as the true god of the world and that two children fighting her is hopeless.

Despite VIZ translation, there is still a problem in this chapter, actually two problems:
1. Madara's Izanagi
If Madara really used Izanagi, why Madara still had the wound Hashirama inflicted to him. I mean if the same wound that kill him is still there, how can he be alive. Also, shouldn't Izanagi rewrite reality - that is the only scratch on the rewritten Madara should be the lost of his eye. To be honest, the wound does not add up since Danzou could be scratched by Sasuke, then bounce back with a brand new body.
2. Tobirama burying Madara in the forest
While I still have problem on MStream translation - that is how do they miss Tobirama's name - I wonder why Tobirama would hide Madara's corpse in the forest. I could understand that because Tobirama could go after the corpse, BZ hid it in the forest, but I don't see why Tobirama who want to study the body will not get to business as soon as he had it.
Also, I know that a shadow clone body does not last for ever. So what happen when Madara's shadow clone body disappeared. Shouldn't Konoha be place under high alert? Why Tobirama did not notice that the body disappeared after the shadow clone is dispersed.
Well, I still think BZ is definitely not trustworthy, unless MStream's translation is actually the right one. Why? Because if BZ is the one who hid Madara's body so that Tobirama does not see it, it make sense that BZ later noticed Madara replaced it by Izanagi, and therefore Konoha has no business with it.
