Using Neji Hyuga in sig - He has a katana strapped to his back ^^

Facing off against a familiar Shinobi, whom Neji probably fought before in the past, he kicks things off by creating two lightning clones that appear 2m on either side of him [Called Ichi and Ni]. Right when the two lightning clones would be created, Neji begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he molds that built up chakra into doton and proceeds to channel said chakra into the ground; and when this happens, Neji uses shape manipulation to create four long, spikes that emerge around Satoshi. As they would emerge at a moderately fast speed, the earth spikes would extend forward and impale him in the shoulders & abdomen.

As Neji would cause the Rock Spikes to emerge, he knows good and well that Satoshi could easily escape them by gaining some altitude. So because of this, Ichi begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra while simultaneously weaving the ram hand seal. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Ichi is finished building up his lightning chakra, he raises his right hand towards the sky & shoots a bolt of lightning into it. When this happens, Ichi immediately guides said bolt down to the ground and would strike Satoshi directly in his spine; whether it be after he's impaled or if he's trying to escape upwards.

Satoshi kept both feet planted to the ground while Neji was creating the two clones. He felt a vibration from the earth below him so his immediate reaction was to release a surge of lightning chakra from around his body. Doing so made Satoshi the center of protective orb which surrounded him and protected him from the spikes of rock , causing the spikes to crumble away as soon as the two jutsu made contact. The orb still stood and after the small altercation with the earth spikes, a flash of lightning appeared right above Satoshi. The aerial attack would cancel out with the orb.

However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Seeing Satoshi counter his rising Rock Spikes with a lightning barrier, it would definately mean that he would keep it up to defend from his clone's lightning strike. In response to the balls creation, Neji immediately begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his chest and uses nature manipulation to create very intense katon. When Neji is finished building up his fire chakra, he finally channels it up though his throat and out the mouth, while simultaneously creating invisible ropes of chakra from the five of his fingers and attaches said rope to the fireball. After doing so, he swiftly swings the fireball directly into the plasma ball. Becuase of their natures, the fire would simply phase through the lightning barrier and continue towards Satoshi. When Neji's technique would make contact, the ball would violently explode and engulfs Satoshi in flames.

Satoshi didn't waste time to release water from his arm to create a shield of the element. By doing this, it would make his orb disperse , leaving just the water shield to counter the fireball on its own. Neji and Satoshis opposing elements would cause a screen of steam to come from the center of impact.

During the time the steam was enveloping him, Satoshi would spew out his water chakra in the form of tiny droplets of water which all together formed a thick, pearly mist. The mist covered the battlefield, giving it an eerie vibe. The mist was Satoshis maze. He always would know where the enemys exact location was, while Neji had no clue where Satoshi would be.

During his period of invisibility( I am saying this since you most likely will activate byakugan next turn), Satoshi start to crouch toward the ground and on his way down he would perform the handseals to activate the jutsu. He would end the sequence by slamming both palms on the surface if the ground. Lightning would begin to pool and spread under Neji and his clones and also, the ground so you wouldn't be able to see it or hear it. The pool would quickly spread until the circumference of the pool would be too large to jump out of freeform wise. Then within a flash , the lightning was shot directly upwards, ripping through the earth and frying the trio.

Before the mist would engulf their postion and blind them, he first inhales deeply and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up up a sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra and uses nature manipulation to create futon, while weaving the necessary ram hand seal. When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he exhales and forcefully releases it as a fairly large gust of wind that moves at tremendous speeds, dispels the mist and would tear Satoshi to shreds upon contact.
