Only admins can tweak other members rep bars, you can try asking, but I don't think they'll do it. Would kinda defeat the purpose of the rep system ( rep is already pretty pointless as it is).

( your current X amount of green bars for X amount of red bars equivalent in quantity to your current X amount of green bars, but to make it fair - not vice-versa, meaning that red bar users can't go green all of a sudden, so it will be a road to one end, once you go red you never go back. ) Mom, pls.

It's hard as shit to actually even get "in detention", ya'll should should automatically get full red bars just for achieving that.
