Humans are part of the grand history of life's evolution, which has been closely intertwined with repeated cataclysmic events.

Destination: The Pacific Ocean.

The impact peels the 10 km crust off the surface. The shockwave travels at hypersonic speeds. Debris is blasted across into low Earth orbit, and returns to destroy the surface of the Earth. The firestorm encircles the Earth, vaporizing all life in its way. Within one day, the surface of the Earth is uninhabitable. The evidence shows that this has happened at least six times in Earth's history.

An asteroid of 500 km???? Even though that's a simulation, it's a very exaggerated one for sure.

The impact that erased 70% of earth's ancient life form was a orbiting satellite with a diameter of 10 km, 10 km is enough to wipe out so much. Smh, even 1 km is enough to cause mass-destruction.

A object that big would first of all not ever come near earth or the inside of this solar system, jupiter swallows it first.

No, it will catch it. The only two places where the "rest mass" of this solar system formation is accumulated.. is the astroid belt inbetween mars and jupiters orbits, and then the kuiper belt where pluto is located. A object with the size of 500 km is a small dwarf planet for heavens sake, like ceres, vesta or others.

Though of course, for "now" this current millennia is safe from tragedies as such. Comets from oorts cloud are more than happy to change life on earth. But what's far more dangerous is a solar burst.

You're assuming this asteroid is coming from the keiper belt. Regardless if it is or isn't, Jupiter doesn't pick up every single asteroid. There's a very high chance it'll pick up an object with that kind of mass, but objects with larger masses are flung out of solar systems all the time and are free floating through space. This asteroid can be one of such

Asteroids are also the first catalysts to life on earth. Scientists have theorized that important compounds from asteroids landed on earth which helped start the creation of microorganisms. Ironic that this same idea has the ability to kill off the entire planet...

Jupiter is centred on the middle for a reason, a incoming comet or astroid with high acceleration/speed would be forced to change trajectory when it's nearing saturn or jupiters orbits. But with flow of time, the orbits are changed considering that jupiter is losing mass because of it's emitting more energy than it's receving from the solar radiation. The reason why it's very bright. And note that jupiter has been moving from the sun and was closer to it before.

I agree with everything except FOR A REASON. Nothing in this universe happens for a reason. There are planets in other solar systems twice the size of Jupiter and have orbits closer to their sun than Mercury is to ours

Some stars are orbiting each others as double, even binary black holes system, the universe has a reason for it's infrastructure.

"Someone" made them? Those are your own assumptions my friend, it would disturb my highly if there was such a being. Your definition of a reason is narrow, physics were found by mankind to understand nature itself. You can stick to whatever belief there is, but unlike yourself....physics is being explored to fully comprehend what this "everything" truly is. Mathematics and physics are describing the blueprint of this universe.
