Whenever I unplug my laptop it will immediately shut off...it's fully charged

If u have a solution please explain it as simply as possibul

You might need a new battery.

Your battery will say it's fully charged even though it's completely dead, and the only source of power being your charger.

The posts above said it all, though you get a notification from your system that your battery needs to be changed.

Either it's a overheating issue, a hard disk problem or worst a motherboard problem (if it's happening after a fixed span of time after every time you switch on your laptop) .

theres to possible issues;

1)battery needs replacing

if so just replace battery or if you still have warenty just take it back and get it replaced

2)your laptop needs to be discharged to discharge your laptop battery follow these steps ...
