Neji death was the worst bro, all this hype and potential was completely wasted, he was off screen almost the entire shippuden and got trolled hard, yet anyone suppossed to cry for that???

Lol, nice quoting. They both contributed to his resolve, without Neji's death, Hinata's words would have meant nothing, without Hinata's words, Neji's death would have broken his resolve. both events go hand in hand considering the situation.

Considering the situation I don't think neku got mention anymore after that so it didn't contribute that much just that situation where obito said he was weak or something and naruto say he protect all his comrades

Moments before his death, the Alliances just got their a**es handed to them by the ten-tails, Madara, and Obito. After his death, Naruto was inspired to the point of re-trying something risky like sharing chakra with the entire alliance. Plus Naruto wasn't the one inspired, Lee was just as determined afterwards.

His death was trollicious, Sasuke could've died regardless, then Karin would've sacrifice herself for sasuke that would've been better

I don't think he cared. He already had his own form of immortality, and Hidan's revolved around praying to a god. I doubt that's something Orochimaru likes doing. That's my best answer.
But, honestly, Hidan would have been good for research.

And ppl act like they can explain it's not pnj he was on low reserved couldn't stand but could do all that shit in less than .2 seconds I can't see how any other reason besides that he survived

I don't think a god gave him his powers either. I don't even think Jashin exists. It's been said in the databook that the cult gave Hidan his immortality, meaning they had more of a hand in it than Jashin.
It's just better for Hidan as a character to simply not wind up locked in one of Orochimaru's hideouts u_u
