Neji death could've been replaced with anyone in k11 besides shikamaru Sakura Hinata and naruto and it still wouldn't mean shit because none of the rest did more than neji the whole shippuden series

kimmimaru. this guy is about to solo lee and gaara and because of the disease called kishis rushed plot he dies right before the killing blow. jeez even if he didn't kill gaara and lee they shouldn't have made him all sick it woulda been nice if orochimaru got his body and could use his kekei genkai and it woulda at least made part 2 more interesting with a tough orochimaru

Like I said in my post, speeding earth projectiles, it would have been very difficult to just avoid something fast enough to break through the human body, neither one of them (Naruto and Hinata) had the time to react :|. Plus Sakura's byakugo had yet to activate and even yet, how do you stop death after being hit near vital organs?

Neji (along with team Gai) really had no purpose left at that point. Might as well give Neji a spotlight. Plus his death restrengthened Naruto's resolve, seems like a meaningful death in my books.

Lol, nice quoting. They both contributed to his resolve, without Neji's death, Hinata's words would have meant nothing, without Hinata's words, Neji's death would have broken his resolve. both events go hand in hand considering the situation.
