You know it would be funny as none other if she knew how to preform Gedo Mark Release. It would bring Edo Madara down in a second. He relies too much on KeiGenki's to be any good without them. Think about it Rinnign/EMS/Wood Release. All of these would be sealed and then what else does he have? Some powerful Fire techniques and some tiejitsu? Nothing that 5 kages can't handle.

how can you even think that she can do something that will frighten him?
we are talking about madara, the man who stood on equal grounds with the first hokage which is like the strongest shinobi besides SO6P when he only had the EMS, now he has the rinnegan as well as mokuton, he is on a completely different level then all the kages not to speak of tsunade which up to now have been nothing but a fodder.
so unless she will pull some crazyass sealing jutsus she has no chance...
