both these music artist targets different age groups. most of bieber fans are 8-16 while lady gaga fan base are early teens late adults. considering im 20 
id rather go with someone who might actually write there own music then a 15 year old who gets usher and others to write for him. though im not a fan of neither of them, but sense i go clubbing i hear alot more gaga then i do of bieber.
