Theres only so many ways to look while spitting fire, and to be fair Charizard was breathing fire way before Naruto came into existence. I could understand your complaint if the monkey was performing handseals before the attack. But like people have already said, its perfectly normal for people to get inspired by other animes and manga and Naruto is a poor series to choose from when suggesting its original when so much of it comes from japanese myths and copies other series as well.

and the fire thing was sorta similar in the way he filled up the chest but that aint much
