You know what usually happens if you forgive a monster like Orochimaru? They lie and beg for forgiveness and once that get away with it they continue to commit crimes and hurt others. What about all the people they continue to hurt? It is why super hero's should simply kill most of the villains the first time they meet them so they can't continue to hurt others.

The fact that you think killing is a solution goes to show there is something wrong with your thinking.

I still can't believe the writing of the Last Jedi.

Kylo:

Killed Han
Murdered an entire Village (ordered it) + Killed that one old guy
Has murdered multiple resistance fighters back to back in each film
Wanted to kill Luke (though this one is apparently sided from the plot because Luke did try to assassinate him)

Still Kylo's redemption is damaging what little character Rey had up until the final act.

Last Jedi had many faults but if the series ends with Kylo being a good guy who bangs Rey, and gets away with everything.... Then the morality of story telling at large is disturbing.

Sort of like how the age of the ninja will soon be over. I mean we got "Naruto The Last", "The Last Jedi", "The Last Airbender", and "The Last Samurai" so it is only natural we will get "The Last Ninja" at some point in this series as well.

I doubt they'll rethink their plans Luke and Yoda were together in their claim.

They may end it with the death of Rey and Kylo officially eliminating any remaining knowledge of the Jedi or the Force. That is if Kylo and Rey don't get it down.

The second Kylo is the emperor there's nobody above him now so he won't be turning good. Havinf said that If you think about it Kylo isn't bad by the end of it either, when he killed his master he saw a new possibility of what the empire could become.

I think the battle of the future will be more like forcing people to do the right thing like governments(the empire). Or allowing the people to chose their own path and decide right and wrong (libertarian style not liberal).

That's why I beleive by the end of it both will either disapper of into the starset and or die taking the old world with them. And then you'll get some weird scene where somebody will experience the force but wont know what it is and a new age(not aligned to the jedi or the darkside) will be born.

The whole point of the film was that Luke wasn't the last Jedi, Rey was. Her keeping the Jedi books, and the fact that the movie ends with a new force user, only points in one direction: More future Jedi

Are you kidding? Vader was worse than Kylo ever was, I think, and Vader got redeemed. Also, I should just for the record [say] that I'm not involved in the writing of the next movie. I'm an audience member in it, just like you, so when I talk about what's going to happen next it's in the context of, as a fan, what I'm thinking of.

Honestly? It’s a shounen manga, the consequences for anyone’s actions aren’t very adult, even if the actions themselves are. Itachi slaughtered an entire konoha clan, and they didn’t even try to pursue him under the pretext of his strength. Oro probably takes the cake as far as malicious action toward the leaf, but even he is a konoha native. Kabuto is the most confusing one for me, at the very least he should be in jail, you know... the whole Edo Tensei deal. You have a good point, but I think just cause of the nature of the manga we’ll never see those kinds of punishments doled out. Which is a bit sad, as it would lend some weight imo
