Regalo is an island in the Mediterranean sea, presumably close to Italy, independent of surrounding countries. It is an economic power of sorts, as plenty of merchants and traders stop in Regalo Harbor to do business.
Arcana Famiglia
The Arcana Famiglia is an organization that serves as law enforcement on Regalo, doing things as simple as returning lost kittens to their owner to the more dangerous, such as protecting Regalo from pirates and smugglers to rival Families. Some people in the Arcana Famiglia have made contracts with Arcana cards, granting them special powers in return.
Norida Famiglia
The Nordia Famiglia is an organization that serves as Regalo's Main Crime lords. After a few mouths of staying in Regalo they quickly became and large enemy to the Arcana famiglia. The started off small. from drug dealing to mass murder, but one day when the arcana famiglia came to a crime scene they realised that some how the Nordia famiglia had gotten the same powers as them yet it was more corrupted, more sinister.
Tarocco Cards
Members of the Arcana Famiglia who are specifically chosen. They are marked with a Stigmata. Bearing the Stigmata, the Tarocco are granted powers, called the Arcana. The Major Arcana: 0-22, exist by consuming the emotional strength of the host. But the cards that aren't contracted/without hosts, survive by recieving power from the host of the World Tarocco.

Bio: Inashi is the son of the head task force leader Minamoto Arcana( brother to the leader) when he was born his mother had died because her body couldn't handle the pain. since then on his father had raised him teaching him training him until the faithful day when he got his Arcana and after a few week of having it his father died leaving him to have to live with his uncle. Despite his age, Inashi is very childish and energetic. He is also very kind and caring, swearing to become the strongest so one day he can take over and be leader of the famiglia
