Reborn had come out of the Hayabusa village for the first time in several months. Things had become hectic in the world around him that it made him restless. The members of the Hayabusa clan had become much more active and Reborn needed to shake the rust off his bones if he was going to operate effectively as their leader. However, entering the ninja world always brought about a troublesome encounter. Last time he left the village, Reborn encountered a fully realized jinchuuriki. Now, he finds himself standing before an edgy looking Rinnegan user.
Shihoshi's stern expression standing to the right of Reborn glared menacingly at Sasuke.
"Rin-san, I have an ominous feeling about this individual. I highly suggest avoiding conflict with him." Shihoshi advised.
"I don't think we have much of a choice. Why do I always attract freaks with weird shit?"
"I don't think you're one to talk about 'weird shit' Rin-san."
"Hearing you swear is so stale..." Reborn shook his head, "My guy! What you tryna do?" Reborn's words translated to 'hurry and make your move'

As described, he was odd. Sasuke had picked up word about this man. He was knowledgeable just as much as he was powerful. As odd and weird as he was, he was deemed a respected Sage. However, his clan recently posed a danger. His return was dangerous, and could result in a massive disruption in terms of power. Perhaps it was time for him to learn his place, or much rather, be put in it.
"I'm here to make sure things remain..balanced."
Sasuke's onyx eyes passively transform into its 3 tomoe shape, and furthermore into the pattern of the eternal accursed Doujutsu. In tandem, Sasuke would manipulate his Fire based chakra. Through the manifestation of his chakra, he would create a powerful burst of Fire to come into form and explode before the Sage. A dark black hue covers the fire due to Hagoromo's chakra infused into Sasuke's body, allowing him to create more powerful techniques. A slight smirk covers Sasuke's face as he slowly walks forward.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

Description: This technique allows a user to create a forward aimed and oxygen enhanced explosion. As this technique has been designed without the use of hand seals and to be performed at extremely close range, it has potential lethality if it strikes a solid hit on an opponent. It's explosive nature has been gauged to be roughly the same as an explosive tag with the explosion projected forward instead of the normal omnidirectional behavior.
"Balance huh, you clearly don't know about the last 6 years of my..." Reborn's banter stopped short once he noticed his adversary's second eye turn into the sharingan and his chakra build up. "Seriously, an Uchiha too?!" Reborn's expression expressed exhaustion well before he did anything.
*Now's not the time for jokes Rin-san!* Shihoshi used their mental link to communicate with his partner while simultaneously pouring decay chakra into the air before them. He would also reach for the sword strapped to Reborn's back, taking it for himself.
*Who's joking, I want to fucking go home!* Reborn responded to his comrade. In tandem with his partner, Reborn would make the tiger hand sign and focus his chakra through his body for his own technique.
A large wall like structure consisting of three dragons would arise before Reborn and Shihoshi (The Watatsumi Gates). The dragons consisted of the golden black flames of Decay Release with the purpose of blocking Sasuke's explosive fire technique as it came. The Watatsumi Gates were two pronged. After being sprung, the gates would gestured by Shihoshi with an sword swing to advance forward with the remaining energy it had after eating the explosion and travel toward Sasuke with its gaping maw.
While Shihoshi's gates advanced on Sasuke, Reborn would re-position himself directly to his left to one of the many large earthen mountain pillars in the terrain. Reborn was concealed with a camouflage technique that kept him out of visual and olfactory perception. His goal would be to get around behind the pillar into Sasuke's blind spot. Still mid-range from Sasuke and with the roar of the gates advancing, Reborn's audible presence would also be out of the ninja's range. Both Reborn and Shihoshi kept their sensory tight on Sasuke's chakra and presence.

These constructs, translucid and golden with a slight black hue in them, can be used to defend or attack. They can be created only Short-Mid range around the user but they can be thrown further. The user can control the movement of the constructs with or without the need for hand gestures, depending on the distance he is from them (Short range, no handgestures, Mid range requires hand gestures). Although hazardous to the enemies and anything present in the battlefield, the user can touch and interact with these constructs freely, taking advantage of their inherent properties to his own advantage. These constructs, if kept in short range, last until either dispelled or countered, making it a good choice to create weapons or defensive shields.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

Late reply, soz. Also, I'm the rusty one now ~_~Sasuke's eyes widened with the approach of the odd dragons that easily seemed to feast from his technique. Not only that, but the element used seemed to eat away material as it came toward him. This alone was indication that was not something he had to come close to. Knowing that he had to keep his distance, but being limited in sight at the time too, Sasuke started his plan.
Sasuke's left eye swirls into the pattern of the Rinnegan, and with it, two paths are passively activated. With it taking no time at all, Sasuke would point his hand forward as a barrier is created, easily sapping away the dragons coming towards him. Once gone, Sasuke realizes that the man has gone into hiding, using the terrain as a crutch. He was a sneaky bastard, and one that packed quite a punch. That element was well beyond what Sasuke had seen before, and him sneaking around wasn't a very good sign either. In preparation of a sneak attack, Sasuke enhances his senses as he states;
"Do you always prance around, hiding like a child? Come out and face me."

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the others, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. Sasuke Uchiha's left Sharingan became a Rinnegan after Hagoromo's spirit gave half of his power to Sasuke. His Rinnegan has six tomoe split between its first two ripples. If overused and weakened enough, it will temporarily lose the tomoe and it's full strength until fully recharged. During this time, Sasuke will also lose the ability to even form his Mangekyo Sharingan within his right Sharingan and access its powers until his Rinnegan has recharged. As a result, using the Rinnegan repeatedly requires Sasuke to close his eye to recharge initially.
Note: Requires the user to activate EMS at least one turn earlier.
Note: Requires activation and lasts for 6 turns before reverting to the normal Rinnegan pattern, requiring a cooldown period of at least 3 turns in which his EMS is also deactivated. Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique). If the user is weakened or injured, he can use this technique to absorb chakra and replenish his chakra resources and restore his stamina and chakra flow. If used to absorb Bijuu chakra, the user can even regenerate, using the special vitality of that powerful chakra to power his body and regenerate. However, the user will also be vulnerable to the effects of chakra he cannot control, such as the sage chakra. Both these aspects, however, pertain to a direct contact absorption and not technique absorption. When using the technique for direct contact chakra absorption, the user can absorb up to 100 chakra points per turn which he can convert into his own.

The result would be the appearance of four oddly shaped lightning creatures within in only a few short meters around Sasuke (short range of ya). They would appear after the completion of Sasuke's absorption, surrounding him on four fronts (front, back, and both sides).

Description: The user will gather a large amount of Lightning Chakra and perform 3 hand seals. The user will then release the chakra, manipulating it to create a creature or creatures composed of extremely focused lightning. These "servants" take on the appearance of small, yellow, white or blue, cylindrical, creatures with either one or two eyes. The lightning composing their bodies is extremely focused, that it makes little to no sound. These servants require constant chakra to stay on the field. The technique revolves around affecting the servants in 3 specific ways. Their first way is through their ability of complete mastery of shape manipulation, allowing the user to freely manipulate their focused body, or parts of it, into any form they desire. For example, the user can manipulate a servants arm to become a spear of lightning (extends to that of mid-range), form both arms into a shield of sorts for both offensive and defensive purposes, or manipulation for supplementary uses such as manipulating their arms into wings to fly and etc. The second ability comes in two forms. The first form involves reverting the focused electrical bodies of the servant(s) into an unfocused electrical current, similar to a Chidori Nagashi, they can revert back to focused form through a handseal. The other form is simply causing their body to explode into an electrical explosion. However, servants that are self-destructed via the electrical explosion method are completely lost afterwards. The final ability allows the user to have the servant(s) passively split and combine following basic Rank Splitting principals (e.g. 1 S-Rank Servant can divide into 4 B-Rank Servant & 4 B-Rank Servant can combine into 1 S-Rank Servant.) A user is capable of forming 1 S-Rank Servant or several lower-rank Servant from the beginning. In the event that a Servant is destroyed, the Rank of the existing Servant do not change (e.g. 4 B-Rank Servant are out on the field, one is destroyed and 3 remain, the 3 remaining B-Rank Servant stay B-Rank). Also due to how focused/concentrated the lightning is, it does not get conducted by liquids such as water (This of course does not apply to when a servants reverts to unfocused electricity).
Note: User can only use lightning based techniques or techniques utilizing basic chakra while sustaining the servants.

Meanwhile, as he traveled to his cover, Reborn would focus his chakra inside of Sasuke's. He'd create a single hand sign, but cast two techniques almost simultaneously together. Both techniques were genjutsu and, given Reborn's mastery, he was able to not only cast both within the same timeframe, but also extend the range of his cast. The first technique would generate an almost crippling pain in Sasuke's stomach while the second would completely paralyze him. A rather brutal combination where Sasuke would be forced to stand and suffer without the ability to even coddle his abdominal pain.

Description: One of the most painfull genjutsu known in the ninja world, this illusion stands as a statement of mastery over the Illusionary Arts. Ther user does 1 handseal, putting his opponent into an illusion were he feels a sudden abdominal pain. Sharp and fast, the pain comes and goes, increasing its intensity as the technique borrows deeper and deeper into the enemies mind. For 3 turns the enemy will feel abdominal pain, disconfort, cramps, etc, mimicking the symptoms of a severe Gastroentritis. The illusionary effect is so great that at the end of the 3rd turn, when the pain becomes excruciating, the enemy will vomit compulsively and may even experience a blackout due to the mental stress and pain. The body, fooled by this powerfull illusion, is led to believe that the pain and symptoms are real, inducing vomit as a result of such pain and stress.

( Genjutsu: Shibari ) - Illusionary Arts: Binding

Description: A very simple yet powerful paralysis genjutsu. The user will cast an illusion which sole purpose is to restrict and paralyze he target. The technique can be cast on more than one opponent at a time, though with the cost of power. The stronger the user is in genjutsu determines how strong their technique is. Non-genjutsu specialists can only cast only use the C-ranked version of this technique and use it on up to two others making the hold D-rank for each individual person. Users with genjutsu as their secondary specialty can use the B-ranked version of this technique and cast the jutsu on a maximum of three people. Users with genjutsu as their primary specialty can use the A-ranked version of this technique and cast the technique on a maximum of three people. Members who specialize in genjutsu are immune to this technique being placed upon them on others with a lower skill level than them; i.e a users with a secondary specialty can't use this on a primary specialist, only those of equivalent rank or lower can be caught with this technique.
Both the lightning servants and the genjutsu would occur after Sasuke's absorption. Though, shortly after creation of the servants, Shihoshi would manipulate their bodies turning them into a wild current of electricity that serves to electrocute Sasuke (second stage negashi like current). The end result, should Sasuke succumb, would be a severely damaging current of electricity coursing through his body. However, the subsequent power of the current would also release him from both illusions should he not break them before hand.
Both Reborn and Shihoshi took to the opportunity to advance. Shihoshi would fly on a downward slope toward Sasuke from the front. Reborn would continue past the first pillar, and head to another one within short range of Sasuke, still on the flank side he ran to after concealing himself.
*Well, we'll see if this genjutsu works.* Reborn said.
*You used genjutsu against an Uchiha?* Shihoshi's tone was very critical.
*Mhm* Reborn mumbled in disregard for his friend's criticism of his actions.
*How reckless are you intending to be?*

They would appear after the completion of Sasuke's absorption, surrounding him on four fronts (front, back, and both sides).

Description: The user will gather a large amount of Lightning Chakra and perform 3 hand seals. The user will then release the chakra, manipulating it to create a creature or creatures composed of extremely focused lightning. These "servants" take on the appearance of small, yellow, white or blue, cylindrical, creatures with either one or two eyes. The lightning composing their bodies is extremely focused, that it makes little to no sound. These servants require constant chakra to stay on the field. The technique revolves around affecting the servants in 3 specific ways. Their first way is through their ability of complete mastery of shape manipulation, allowing the user to freely manipulate their focused body, or parts of it, into any form they desire. For example, the user can manipulate a servants arm to become a spear of lightning (extends to that of mid-range), form both arms into a shield of sorts for both offensive and defensive purposes, or manipulation for supplementary uses such as manipulating their arms into wings to fly and etc. The second ability comes in two forms. The first form involves reverting the focused electrical bodies of the servant(s) into an unfocused electrical current, similar to a Chidori Nagashi, they can revert back to focused form through a handseal. The other form is simply causing their body to explode into an electrical explosion. However, servants that are self-destructed via the electrical explosion method are completely lost afterwards. The final ability allows the user to have the servant(s) passively split and combine following basic Rank Splitting principals (e.g. 1 S-Rank Servant can divide into 4 B-Rank Servant & 4 B-Rank Servant can combine into 1 S-Rank Servant.) A user is capable of forming 1 S-Rank Servant or several lower-rank Servant from the beginning. In the event that a Servant is destroyed, the Rank of the existing Servant do not change (e.g. 4 B-Rank Servant are out on the field, one is destroyed and 3 remain, the 3 remaining B-Rank Servant stay B-Rank). Also due to how focused/concentrated the lightning is, it does not get conducted by liquids such as water (This of course does not apply to when a servants reverts to unfocused electricity).
Note: User can only use lightning based techniques or techniques utilizing basic chakra while sustaining the servants.

Meanwhile, as he traveled to his cover, Reborn would focus his chakra inside of Sasuke's. He'd create a single hand sign, but cast two techniques almost simultaneously together. Both techniques were genjutsu and, given Reborn's mastery, he was able to not only cast both within the same timeframe, but also extend the range of his cast. The first technique would generate an almost crippling pain in Sasuke's stomach while the second would completely paralyze him. A rather brutal combination where Sasuke would be forced to stand and suffer without the ability to even coddle his abdominal pain.

Description: One of the most painfull genjutsu known in the ninja world, this illusion stands as a statement of mastery over the Illusionary Arts. Ther user does 1 handseal, putting his opponent into an illusion were he feels a sudden abdominal pain. Sharp and fast, the pain comes and goes, increasing its intensity as the technique borrows deeper and deeper into the enemies mind. For 3 turns the enemy will feel abdominal pain, disconfort, cramps, etc, mimicking the symptoms of a severe Gastroentritis. The illusionary effect is so great that at the end of the 3rd turn, when the pain becomes excruciating, the enemy will vomit compulsively and may even experience a blackout due to the mental stress and pain. The body, fooled by this powerfull illusion, is led to believe that the pain and symptoms are real, inducing vomit as a result of such pain and stress.

Description: A very simple yet powerful paralysis genjutsu. The user will cast an illusion which sole purpose is to restrict and paralyze he target. The technique can be cast on more than one opponent at a time, though with the cost of power. The stronger the user is in genjutsu determines how strong their technique is. Non-genjutsu specialists can only cast only use the C-ranked version of this technique and use it on up to two others making the hold D-rank for each individual person. Users with genjutsu as their secondary specialty can use the B-ranked version of this technique and cast the jutsu on a maximum of three people. Users with genjutsu as their primary specialty can use the A-ranked version of this technique and cast the technique on a maximum of three people. Members who specialize in genjutsu are immune to this technique being placed upon them on others with a lower skill level than them; i.e a users with a secondary specialty can't use this on a primary specialist, only those of equivalent rank or lower can be caught with this technique.
Both the lightning servants and the genjutsu would occur after Sasuke's absorption. Though, shortly after creation of the servants, Shihoshi would manipulate their bodies turning them into a wild current of electricity that serves to electrocute Sasuke (second stage negashi like current). The end result, should Sasuke succumb, would be a severely damaging current of electricity coursing through his body. However, the subsequent power of the current would also release him from both illusions should he not break them before hand.
Both Reborn and Shihoshi took to the opportunity to advance. Shihoshi would fly on a downward slope toward Sasuke from the front. Reborn would continue past the first pillar, and head to another one within short range of Sasuke, still on the flank side he ran to after concealing himself.
*Well, we'll see if this genjutsu works.* Reborn said.
*You used genjutsu against an Uchiha?* Shihoshi's tone was very critical.
*Mhm* Reborn mumbled in disregard for his friend's criticism of his actions.

I'm back active, so let's finish this please.The odd creature would take to the skies as a sudden surge of chakra manifested itself around Sasuke. Based on its inherent shaky and radiant nature, Sasuke determined that it was Lightning based. Of course, being a Lightning user himself it was easy to realize. Coupled with his visual prowess, Sasuke was able to accurately determine from where the man aimed to strike. Much to his surprise, his body would suddenly become crippled as a sudden yet particular strike came from within his stomach, as if it was being crunched from within. A deadly and striking pain.
"Gah.."
Perhaps a hidden attack? No. Sasuke had several contingencies in place to lessen the possibility of unknown attacks landing. This wasn't physical, he hadn't seen any movement and/or any movement of chakra towards him, beside of course, the attack in the form of Lightning, once again creating a kind of visual disruption between him and his foe. With his body crippled, incapable of moving, Sasuke could merely go with the hunch that he was caught in a Genjutsu of sorts. Ironic, wasn't it. That this man would try and use Genjutsu against him? Pathetic. His body would shake furiously as a massive surge of chakra blasts through him. A dry coldness permeates into the environment in a sudden burst enhanced with Yin chakra and the chakra of Hagoromo. Due to addition of the Yin chakra, Sasuke adds a tangible aspect to the wave, causing it to blast back the man should it him or his creation. The entirety of the terrain would be almost instantaneously frozen and ripped apart by the wave, sending debris charging all around.
With the sudden burst of Liquid Nitrogen, shot into all directions around Sasuke, it would create the perfect combination of breaking the Genutsu as well as utterly destroying the Lightning formations. Regaining control over his body, Sasuke knew that he needed to take this seriously.

Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin nature, allowing him to change its properties. Fire can become solid. Lightning can become tangible. The possibilities are as endless as is the user’s own imagination. The end resulting technique is neutral to all basic elemental natures. This doesn't consume time since it’s actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Yin Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE and advanced elements.
