Tell me everything you guys know about rain. And, what have you guys learned from your tests?

Idk that much.. all I know is that you use water and wind chakra to create rain chakra. Rain can only be used when rain is present obviously and it involves the manipulation of rain for offensive, and in some cases, defensive purposes.

Battle test, I learned I'm a beast. Lolol jk, I learned how to use water and wind more effeciently because I was required to use only those elementsplease enlighten me, since Idk that much. Also, known users are nagato... At least in the rp ._.

Rain Release,also known as Ameton is a hidden ability that was created in Amegakure.It focuses around the use of Wind and Water,to create Rain which can be manipulated and used in battle,for offense and defense.It's pretty useful in battle,and also a powerful ability to have.

Well,I have gained a liking to Water after the test and learned to use it better.The same goes for Wind,and it was a great test,showing me how useful these two elements can be.Yeah,that's pretty much it ._.

You guys forgot about the most important thing.

Rain is one of the sneakiest and most nasty element used during battles. When the C-Ranked water rain technique is activated, you may have advantages, so keep this thing I will tell you in mind. (well, most obviously. But since you guys didn't mentioned it... oh well...) Why sneaky? You can shape the rain drops around your opponent into little tiny needles whom can pierce your opponent instantly, or you can even shape it to attack and fatally damage your opponents vital points. So, if the user can't sense, see through doujutsu or... smell or something, then you guys can simply two-three move pwn your opponents by coming up with a sneaky attack. Rain is a handy thing yer know.

Alright, now both use the water ranked rain technique where you can sense with. Both of you, yes. You guys will be mixing your rain so that the both of you can sense.

I perform the required handseal and channel a large amount of chakra towards the clouds in order to make rain fall. With the use of my chakra, i force rain to fall from the clouds and it is also linked to my chakra. The raindrops, when hitting anything, will be sensed by me. I now sense 3 people on the training grounds :<

Alright, good. Now sit down in a easy pose and close your eyes, breath in and out and try to become one with the rain, feel it pour down upon you guys and simultaneously try to explain what you sense in the smallest details.

I sit down and close my eyes, meditating and letting the rain fall upon the battlefield and me. I slowly breath in and out, feeling what the rain feels. It slowly drizzles down my face, down my entire body, completely drenching myself and the battlefield. After a few minutes, i respond, "I feel... everything"

 

[Detective L]

Dean listens to the given instructions and proceeds to sit down.He sits in guru pose,crossing his legs,and feeling the rain fall on him.He becomes one with the rain after a short amount of time,he could sense everything on the battle.He was now completely one with the rain,in sync with it.

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique

Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

Keep focusing on the rain around you, breath in and out and stretch your hands forwards. Let the rain fall upon you one after another, down past your hands so forward onto the ground, feel it and sense it. Afterwards, gather the rain drops that fall down by sending your chakra in between both your palms which the both of you now have positioned forwards facing both your palms a few centimeters away from each other and mold the chakra, along with the rain into an high pressured orb. Once done, keep the orb in both your hands and explain me what you feel, after you guys have done that, shoot it away towards the clones I will be creating and try to push him away, or in this case, cause him to poof away. Psssst, use the template!

• Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my rain chakra in my palms and use it to attract the rain drops that i have created. With my rain chakra, and the rain drops gathering around my palms, i have them focus on one point and build up from there. I mold the water into a sphere-like thingy and manipulate it so that the orb is extremely pressurized. I then release it, pushing me back and pushing my opponent back if they get hit
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);If you are mid air and want to dodge something, you can use this to push yourself back and away from the tech you want to dodge and attack with the orb as well. It can knock your opponent back too so if you use it to knock them back, you can have them collide into a wall or another tech you'd use.
• Limitations of the technique; Cannot go into mid or long range. Isn't very powerful since its D-rank, and easily dodged
• How to counter the technique; AVoiding it by making a small pillar of earth to push yourself up or evaporating it with a C-rank or higher fire technique

  -Dean starts by focusing the Rain around him.He greatly focuses and extends his right arm forward.He then manipulates the Rain to form a compressed orb of water in the palm of his hand.He feels the Rain combining to form the orb.After the orb has formed,Dean blasts it towards the clone that was formed,easily dispersing it.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle ( combos with other moves / skils , creative use, etc );
  -Well,due to it's quick creation,it can be used whilst the opponent is constricted like by Genjutsu.Due to it being close range,it can be used to easily blast an opponent away without the need for handseals.
  
• Limitations of the technique;
  -It's only close range,and only limited power due to it being a mere D rank.
  
• How to counter the technique;
  -It's only one orb,so one could create an earth pillar to push you out of the way,create an earth wall/construct or using a higher ranked fire jutsu to either evaporate or ovepower it.

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue

Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

Description says it all; change the compounds in the air (the rain) into a sticky glued slime that can stick once it's successfully hit onto your foe. It's the same as the C-Ranked water technique but this one restrains your opponent for two turns once when it manages to hit your opponent!

• Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my rain chakra and release it into each and everyone of the raindrops currently falling from the sky in the training grounds. With the use of my chakra, i manipulate it so that the water would make a different property; a sticky one. With the modification, the rain drops would transform into sticky liquids that fall to the ground, sticking to the opponent and immobilizing them into place for a few turns.
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); It has a basic use but this use is very, very useful. It stops the movements of the opponent. Because of this, you are free to attack them while they can only counter with a very limited arsenal due to the lack of movement. Also, because they would be drenched in the sticky liquid, using a lightning technique would effectively electrocute my opponent
• Limitations of the technique; I dont really know, i guess the rank and how long it stops your opponent from moving.
• How to counter the technique; By creating a shield around yourself, like an earth ceiling, anything to seperate you from the rain drops
• Questions regarding the technique; nah o-o

  -Dean starts by focusing his chakra into the rain that is falling around the battlefield. By doing so, he changes the composition of the rain into a viscous, sticky one. This enables it to trap the opponent in place for up to 2 turns.
  
• How can the technique be used in battle ( combos with other moves / skils , creative use, etc );
  -Well, since it constricts the opponent, it would be great to use with a technique like Swamp of the Underworld, Stone Spikes, and even a few wood based techniques. It also makes Taijutsu easier, as the opponent is constricted. It's pretty cool technique, I mean, 2 turns o-o.
  
• Limitations of the technique;
  -The technique itself does no damage, only supplementary. It can only go up to Mid range. That's pretty much it.
  
• How to counter the technique;
  -Any technique that can create a barrier between the opponent and the sticky rain, so domes, and structures would suffice.
