Description: The user builds up their katon chakra in their mouth and blows out a storm of embers that are sent spiraling towards the opponent at high speeds.Each ember is shaped like a leaf and thus that is where the justu gets its name.The leaf shaped flames are incredibly sharps they have serrated like edges and can easily cut through trees and rocks leaving cinders where it was sliced,the embers cover a large area both vertically and horizontally and thus can be difficult to avoid.

Alright, build and gather you fire chakra. Channel it towards your lungs/gullet, inhale and then exhale, convert your fire chakra to flames as you do so, using your previous inhalation to fuel the flames. As you expel the flames use advanced shape manipulation to divide the flames into small clusters, making them rather ember like. Shape these clusters into serrated leaf shapes. Thanks to the shape manipulation these embers will slice as well as burn.

I stand calmly in front of you while I gather my fire chakra in my lungs while inhaling a large amount of air, and as I release the air from my lungs which has now my fire chakra infused into them, it is immediately turned into a large amount of flames which I then immediately use shape manipulation upon to forcefully separate the fire and turn it into several small clusters of fire which makes them ember like. While doing so I shape them into incredible sharp leaf shapes which then gives them the cutting powers. O_O ?

Description: The user will perform the Tiger – Ox hand sequence, whereas the user will pour their chakra into an existing water source which contains at least 3 cubic meters, and by doing so the user will perform the tiger hand seal and the water will when coming into contact with an object or person explode outwards with a surge of water. This surge of water will blast out and entangle, strangle, crush and drown the person.
Note:
- Can be used twice per battle
- Can only be taught by Gutsy Jiraiya
- Needs a water source

I begin by building and gather my suiton chakra, releasing it outwards into a medium sized water source that has been magically created for complete convenience. I then perform the 'Tiger' and 'Ox' handseals, and through use of these handseals mould and manipulate my chakra. I then perform the tiger handseal, causing the water that was hurtling towards a tree, again magically for absolute convenience, to explode outwards. The water forcefully and hastily surges in all directions, blasting its surroundings and leaving the area drenched.
Couple questions.
1. I'm guessing you don't have to be in contact with said water source, and the water source applicable can be anywhere within Long range right?
2. Does this water source have to be either devoid of chakra or containing your own chakra? Or can you use it on jutsu that contain your opponents chakra provided that this technique is of an equal or higher rank?
3.Is this a literal explosion, or is it just water forcefully surging outwards?
4. Does the water have to be moving, can it be stationary? Eg can you detonate a pool despite the fact that it hasn't necessarily "just now come in contact with an object or opponent" since it's either been in contact with it/them for a while?

1. No you do not need to be in contact with the said source of water.
2. Well you need your own chakra in the water source to be capable of controlling the water to your desire so yes. And as for the other part, i believe so. (sorry not that specific)
3. It is more of a forceful surge of water.
4. It can be stationary and it can be activated even if no one has touched it yet.
