Description: After witnessing countless techniques, Dean created a specific seal that is placed on the summonings he owns, with the Kanji, "Stay". This seal would contain a set amount of chakra, and would only be triggered when someone uses a technique aimed at making a summoning disperse back to its homeland. This seal would activate, and release a surge of chakra from it, capable of flushing out the foreign chakra aimed at making the summoning disperse. The two would clash, and disperse, leaving the summoning unharmed and leave them to remain on the field. The seal is placed onto all summonings before hand, and is always on them when they are summoned into battle, though it should be mentioned in the biography.

Description: The user will have two seals on their body with the Kanji for "Solitude" infused with their sound chakra. The seals are located inside the ear canal (must be stated in the user's biography) and will activate automatically upon any chakra infused sound (not just the element) or technique entering the user's ear. The seal will then emit a sound wave with an amplitude opposite that of the invasive technique so that destructive interference occurs and the two cancel each other out. The seals will maintain the frequency for as long as the sound is being heard/transmitted by the opponent, allowing this jutsu to counter not only momentary techniques but those which are sustained or prolonged. This technique's use lies only in preventing chakra-infused sounds being heard and as such it's use is largely limited to countering Sound Genjutsu and similar abilities. The activation of this technique is instant (but still counts as a move) so it can intercept and cancel sound-based techniques before they're heard. As such, the user is free to perform techniques in the same time-frame (even if the seals are still actively transmitting to cancel a sustained frequency). These seals cancel chakra-infused sounds before they can affect the body by stopping them as they pass through the ear canal and so it essentially prevents illusions from taking effect. This means seals which activate upon foreign chakra entering the user's body will not be triggered. This technique can only counter one technique at a time and only one technique per use (counters up to and including S-Ranks).

Simple and straightforward which is exactly what I'm after. It's a seal that can be mentioned in the biography (OP) that prevents the opponent from dispersing your summon and essentially gives it another life, a second chance.

Where do I start, lots of powerful benefits from a single seal and on top of that it must be stated in the biography (have I mentioned OP?) Basically, two chakra infused seals with the purpose to disrupt sound induced genjutsu. Conveniently they're placed in the users ear and activate themselves, time-frame free, allowing the user to unleash an attack on the opponent simultaneously. If I haven't mentioned already, this is just OP. This allows you to disrupt the opponents technique and immediately strike and take back the initiative and since Genjutsu is a great way to start fights, most opponents will be struck dumb since they rarely check biographies for seals like this (at least that was the case 2 years ago when I was still active, not sure if it changed now). :)

Well, if you're referring to the Scorps' post then I've read it and there's nothing to worry. As far as I understand they won't remove approved seals but they will rather monitor them to prevent abuse. Besides, I have finished Medical school and Kinjutsu so the new restriction on applying these seals don't restrict me from placing these onto myself. :)

Anyway.

Ototon/Genjutsu: Doppurā kōka | Sound/Illusionary Arts: Doppler Effect
Type: Supplementary

Description: After shooting or throwing a projectile or ninja weapon, the user uses the sound of the moving object as a trigger for a powerful illusion. The sound of the object would not be enough on it's own to trigger the illusion, so the user has to use his chakra in order to amplify the sound. The powerful illusion consists of tricking the opponents hearing, using the basic principle of incoming sound, called Doppler effect. The doppler effect works by making the sound of an incoming object much louder than it is, as it's moving away from the person. This happens because the sound waves of the incoming object get shorter and shorter as it's getting closer to the listener and longer and longer as it's receding. Using his ability to control sound with his chakra, the user would disturb the opponents chakra flow, causing confusion in his hearing and making incoming objects appear much closer. Using the genjutsu he can also make the opponent hear the object coming from behind, or any other side of choice. The purpose of this genjutsu is to effectively confuse the opponent and trick his senses, making him unsure whether to trust his hearing or vision, giving the user a short window to take advantage against the opponent.

Doppler effect. As I explained in the description it basically takes the sound of an object and shifts it around the battlefield at your will. You have full control of the direction of the sound which should hopefully confuse the opponent. However, through the usual meta-gaming the opponent will most likely ignore the sound and try to defend against the incoming object. When I made it, I thought about throwing kunai and simple stuff like that, but it can work on any object and by that I mean anything that produces sound. Water splashes, wind makes a whoosh, lighting and fire crackle and earth sounds like, well, earth. >_> Either way, it's applicable to anything and it's to confuse the opponent, simple as that. The short-mid range is the area it can affect an opponent while the sounds itself can be up to long range, basically anywhere on the battlefied.

Description: Flash-taunt is a close combat, sound based genjutsu. It's special because of its characteristic to be triggered rather quickly, while in close, hand to hand combat. To trigger the genjutsu, the user will focus an amount of sound chakra into his bladed weapon or his limbs and engage into a fight. The moment his weapon or limbs collide with his opponent's, they would release the usual sound (clash of metal weapons or a dull thump of limbs) with infused sound chakra, causing the soundwave to spread and trick the opponent into a genjutsu where the user flashes from his previous position, appearing right behind the opponent, with a sharp kunai pointed at his neck, aiming at his spine. In the illusion the user stabs his kunai in the opponents neck, causing pain and slight momentary loss of limb function. Off course the illusion is momentary and it will happen at the speed a ninja would be otherwise able to perform the same movement in reality. However, because it masks the users real presence, its exceedingly useful to deliver severe blows unnoticed.

Note: Cannot use any other technique while using this nor can the opponent be attacked with Ninjutsu when he is caught in the illusion

Simple. When you fight someone in close combat you use advantage of all the dull thumps when your limbs collide. Same goes for weapon and metal on metal clashes. You amplify that sound to place an illusion onto the opponent where you flash from your previous location behind the opponent. There he feels the cold of the kunai and you stab it into his spine which makes him lose limb function and limit his movements in reality. Regarding yourself in reality, your presence is masked and you're still in front of the opponent, left to deal the finishing blows. Notice that you can't use ninjutsu though. You'll have to put your hand to hand and weapon skills in use, which shouldn't be a problem.
