Naruto is only havcing a part of the kyuubi until he comes in terms with the kyuubi would he be a true kyuubi jinchuriki,within the chakra lies his speed and strenght which he currently uses nd within the power lies the jutsu example is the roar he used to repel kabuto when he fought oro nd also the whirl wind he used against pain and also the incomplet biju dama,jman also stated that naruto should concentrate on its chakra before its power while teaching him the summoning jutsu as we all know his current capabilities having its power would be so insane please comment
