1) tobi posing as madara said Hasihrama disturbed the bjuu to the other ninjas villages as peace offerings.

2) hasihrama was alive when the 3rd hokage was young and when tsunade was a child.

3) theres more but I cant remember all the major facts, oh yea and oro summoned hasihrama before so no rds from him or even done on him back in those days.
