Now that the Asura Avatar is restricted (Assuming it wasn't before based on the above answers) Bijuu Susanoo shits. Bijuu Susanoo is so much more powerful than either of them, that combining isn't going to give them a win. Senbon are on par with Standard Bijuu Dama. His Chidori would be much stronger. PS and the Avatar are equal in durability, if it takes a direct hit from multiple Senbon or Chidori, it's taking heavy damage since a combination of PS Chidori and Bijuu Dama did some good damage to Naruto's Avatar and Sasuke's Susanoo. Every 2 Senbon would do the same amount, and Chidori would do worse.

Feats favor the Bijuu Susanoo. The team can't even bust it since it lacks the firepower, but same can't be said for the BS seeing as a Chidori Senbon is = to a Bijuudama at the very least, and the construct created 3 of them without even making a sweat (and i doubt a PS powered by Naruto's senjutsu can take more than 6-7). The only hope of winning is if Naruto absorbs an humongous quantity of nature energy and make the fusion's power skyrocket, but we don't have enough feats and Sasuke isn't letting that happen again.
