Naruto: can use all his jutsu,it takes him 5 secs to go sage mode (he cannot be in both forms at same time),his reaction speed is on the same level as raikages. Naruto has raikage + speed (naruto is the fastest ninja on the field),naruto can do a cobination transformation with gamabunta to become 9 tails. takes 2 secs to make RS in kyuubi mode in sage mode 3 secs
Bonus: in kyubi mode he can completely dodge raikage,in sage mode he can guard himself block his attack.
Killer Bee: can use all his jutsu and samahada,starts off in V.2 with 8 chakra tails
Bonus: can still absorb chakra and ninjutsu in v.2 with samahada,his reaction speed is greater then raikages
Raikage starts off in v.2 (one arm)
Onoki:im srry but since he is so old he has a very weak defence,it takes him 3 secs to make and charge dust release
Location: forest of death
Distance:35 ft,naruto summoned 3 giant toads and is hiding behind them
Speed: naruto,raikage,killer Bee in terms of speed
Stregth: Naruto,raikage,tsunade
Defence: Naruto in sage mode,raikage=Killer Bee=naruto in kyubi mode,gaara
knowledge:killer bee tells naruto about dust release,raikage and tsunade tells other kages about naruto new power in speed but doesnt know about jutsu

i think naruto and kb would win, naruto could keep up with raikage in speed and strenght and in their fight naruto didnt even try, tsunade will be done, mei wont stand a chance against kb imo, garra is good but naruto would wreck him and his sand and i dont think onoki can take a tbb, naruto and kb ftw

well i think if they take out onoki first they won for sure because killer bee can absorb A's chakra and heal himself by using samahada then narto can take out the rest,to me Onoki is the only big problem to really wrry thanks to his dust release

naruto and bee win. theyd launch a tailed beast bomb and kyuubi rasenshuriken then move in 4 the attack. tsunade goes down first by bee he slices her head of with samehada. naruto makes shadowclone and bee thwacks raikage with sharkskin absorbing his armor while naruto distracts him. after tht raikage is in the ground and naruto rams a kyuubi mode rasengan. shadowclone naruto is defeated by garra and garra puts up his ultimate sand defense cuz bee is coming. in the meanwhile mei is fighting real naruto with onoki. they have naruto on the run until naaruto makes 10 shadowclones and mix and matches. bee electrifies needles and swords d shoots at garras defense. they pierce but dont crack. he then just tbb it an grras dead.bee jions real naruto who has left 2 regroup with bee. mei and oonoki are fiighting cloness. naruto speeds behind onoki and rasengan. bee transforms and grabs mei throws in the air and tbb.
