Kyuubi not Tobi was responsible for Minato and Kushina's death

When Kyuubi tried to attack Naruto, he was already free from Tobi's control and did so out of his own free will, Minato and Kushina stepped in that's why they got killed so Kyuubi is ultimately responsible for their deaths and not Tobi, but now Naruto is friends with his parents' murderer?

kushina was already dying, minato was gonna die since he invoked shiki fuuin, so no kyuubi isnt responsible

Obito killed Kushina by removing the Kyuubi she was screwed either way and Obito was the reason Minato sacrificed himself
