THIS IS A THEORY!!!
Jinchuuriki Transformations.
We've seen Killer Bee going into Jinchuurki Transformation with great ease, and many of us wish Naruto had that control over the Bijuu Chakra.
But I've came to the conclusion that Naruto may never have control over the Kyuubi's Chakra.
Why do I think so? There are two big factors:
- Different Transformations
- Different Chakra.
Different Transformations:

However, their tailed transformations above three are different. Killer Bee's Version 2, as shown during his battle with Hoshigake Kisame,
This is possibly the most important factor on Naruto's lack of control on the Kyuubi's chakra. Due to the lose of blood he looses conciousnes and the Kyuubi takes over his body. Killer Bee's contol over the Hachibi's chakra could be simple as staying concious during the tailed transformation.
But when Killer Bee goes to a
Since we don't know what happens to the Jinchuuriki when he goes full tailed, we can asume that the roles change and the Jinchuuriki and tailed beast change places, (the Tailed Beast on the outside, and the Jinchuuriki on the inside). We don't know if Killer Bee gets healed during the tailed transformation, or not. I suppose his body gets healed by the Hachibi's chakra during the full tailed transfotmation, and that the skin does not burn again, unlike in Naruto's Version 2.
The full tailed transformation is the combination of:
And his skin didn't burn in Version 1 or 2. It burned when he went Full -Tailed, due to the change in the Bijuu's chakra consistense.
He is later seen uninjured after the scaped capture by hiding in one if the Eight Tails cephalopod arms. That would mean he was healed by the Hachibi's chakra
This not only proves that his skin only burns once and only when he goes full tailed, but that the Hachibi's chakra can heal like the Kyuubi's chakra does to Naruto, although it's impossible to know if it heals at the same speed or not, and what healing limit it has.
All this explains that unlike Naruto, Killer Bee does not constantly damages his body when he goes Version 2 and Full tailed Version. So he has no important blood loose, and can stay awake and in control.
About Killer Bee's control over different Tailed Versions:
There is a fact that must be taken into consideration and it's that the Hachibi's cloack does not atack indepently of Killer Bee, but the Kyuubi's chakra clocka does. This is proven in Sasuke's fight with One-Tailed Naruto, where

- During Naruto vs Sasuke's battle at the Valley Of The End, (when after a while of being on a One-Tailed Transformation,
- When Naruto went into his Four-Tailed Transformation and was left very damaged.
Killer bee has not shown any of these problems
Due to this difference in the Hachibi's and Kyuubi's chakra, Naruto won't be able to control the Chakra like Killer Bee.
