you guys keep sayin that at first naruto was no where as fast as raikage because everytime he jumped raikage would be off guard nd still get there before naruto,then outer no where he goes v.2 (full speed) nd sum how naruto dodges him.
to add to that he was was already using alot of chkra (training,sage mode,running)
