Background Info.
History: Ever since Kyuu was young nothing went his way, everything he loved was taken from him. He began to develop an abnormal Ability. An ocular Jutsu. It had the ability to Immobilize, Absorb, and Teleport. By the time he was 6 years old he was hunted by the ANBU From three Villages Rain, Sand, and Leaf. He was thought to be killed by Tobi at age 14. He was seen 3 years later In the Leaf village attempting to assassinate the Hokage. His birth date is not exact but he was born during an eclipse in October.He is the last of his people, so he promised himself, "I will not die until I have Conquered This Monster that I have become."

2) It's your first bio, so you don't have any specialties yet. How can you have a specialty if you haven't learned any? Remove it, especially because you say ocular jutsu. The only ones who can actually place that are Uchiha's, Hyuuga's and Rinnegan-owners. Or are you referring to genjutsu? Though doesn't really matter.

3) It's your first bio, so you haven't learned any elements. In your first bio you only place the first element you want to learn and after your bio is approved you start training in that. When you update your bio you can only place elements you actually learned.
